For the longest time we only knew him as Mr.33CM, well, no more! A scan from next week's jump issue confirms that Final Fantasy XIII's blonde guy is called Snow. So now we have Lightning, Snow and Sera.

Mr 33CM (now named 'Snow'). As above.
By the way, the full names of the Final Fantasy Versus XIII characters have been revealed as well, but since they are not 100% accurate we decided not to dedicate an entire newsitem for that. According to Autumn Thread from NeoGAF, Noctis' full name is Noctis Lucius Ceram, and Stella's full name is Stella Nox Fulure.

Snow...? I think Square could of done a little bit better than that, but whatever. I guess they wanted to go for a weather thing or something, with Lightning and all.

Remindes me to much of freezing and not being able to walk in converse during winter I guess. Snow = bothersome.

Although maybe these are just code names within the story; I mean, Snow and Lightening are fighting, so the names they have might be what the chose/were assigned in their resistance groups maybe?

Maybe at the end of the game we find out what their REAL names are :gasp:

EDIT: Okay, maybe "Snow" isn't too far off the mark then; he's able to control Shiva, and he looks pretty comfortable on that snowy plain.

I was thinking along those lines as well. I think Snow and Lightning are probably just code names. But yeah I think the name Snow sounds pretty shit if you ask me.
 
LMAO, rather lame name. What had to creativity SE? Are we starting to lose that now?
 
Snow hmmmmm cool name but not that cool and I thought Sera was supposed to be named Aki?
 
I think he's only called Snow for the pure fact that they are really running out of names related to weather, albeit, for once Nomura is not blame since he wanted to stop the trend of weather names and also didn't want Lightning to be called that.
 
I thought it was made clear a long time ago that Lightning was just her codename, and that her real name would be revealed in the plot? I'm guessing that Snow is the same.

I like Sera though. Although I thought it was Sarah?

That has to be the worst weather name yet lol Like Grand Lethal mentioned though, it's most likely a codename so I'm not gonna get to worked up about it.

As for Versus, thank goodness the Prince guy's name wasn't Storm after all. That would have been serious over-kill on the whole weather theme, especially now that we've got this "Snow" guy.
