FFXIV will be free for players?

I've got a message from my friend, he said the official announcement has been released, the players will get in FFXIV FREE!! But I have bought a CD Key from http://www.hotcdkey.com/Final-Fantasy-XIV.html, spend $28.99 (including a $2 free voucher), can I take my money back or what should I do?

Even the FFXIV on PS3 will REQUIRE an active subscription. Then again, I'm not getting it.

No it's for the PC also.

But there's also a PS3 Version coming out.

And there will be a fee required to play.

Well this isnt an announcement from SE so nope it will not. Just like above fees will still be payed. It is stupid however as the psn is always free yet for XIV you have to pay
