Help FFXIII: how to kill Proudclad

hello .. i try to kill Proudclad 10 times but i can't .. it's so strong .. is there any strategy to kill it and thanks
that's my party hp and strength , magic
lighting :HP 5400 _ strength : 1600
fang: HP 6100_ strength : 1400
hope: HP 3900 _ magic 1300

It's okay to have this thread, since I'm sure he has different stats than the member who made the other thread. He's able to get more accurate advice this way.

I can't remember specifically what I did. But I'm pretty sure I had Fang, Hope and Lightning in my party. If I remember correctly the key was to figure out when his most powerful attacks were and change paradigms accordingly.

Basically I started the fight with Fang (Sen) and Hope (Syn) and Lightning (Med). Once my party was buffed enough, I switched so Fang was a commando and Hope & Lightning were Ravangers. I'd keep this up until he was staggered. If my health started to fall I'd switch to Fang (Sen) and Hope and Lightning (Med) or Fang (Com), Hope (Med) and Lightning (Rav) (if I only needed a bit of healing).

Once he was staggered I proceeded to beat the shit out of him with Lightning and Fang both as commandos and Hope as a medic to keep my HP high.

Once his became un-staggered I immediately switched to Fang (Sen) Lightning & Hope (Med) because this was when he was most dangerous. Once he was done with that wave of attacks I repeated my strategy, making sure to rebuff my party.


My paradigms
Fang (Sen) Hope (Syn) Lightning (Med)
Fang (Sen) Hope (Med) Lightning (Med)
Fang (Com) Hope (Rav) Lightning (Rav)
Fang (Com) Hope (Med) Lightning (Com)
Fang (Com) Hope (Med) Lightning (Rav)
