Help FFXIII: Help with Shiva sisters fight

I understand what I'm supposed to do. Get her gestalt gauge up, and press X...but i always run out of time when I have half of her guage full. Any tactics that will help?

I had a little trouble with this too. What you need to do is basically keep switching from Sentinel to Ravager Paradgrim's. Just keep doign that and you should win, and I think you have to press the circle button. You dont need to heal if you haven't noticed the other sister heals you with Cura when your health gets low.

That's the video I used. First off, use Libra. From there, just switch to the Sentinel role, and do "Auto-cover" the whole way.

One thing to remember is to not heal yourself. Shiva will heal you, the only way you can die is if the Doom meter runs out.

I think there was a thread on the Shiva sisters however, I did also at first have trouble.

You can libra which basically says, "

I finaly beat her by spamming the bajeebles out of ice strike.

When the sister is about to attack,switch to the thing that makes you sheild.when shes not attacking quickly attack her, dont worry about dyeing, the other sister heals you because shes nice

Meh, I just spammed defense like there was no tomorrow.

Made my life an absolute BITCH, I was this close to dying during that battle because I never attacked.

Turtling=bad.

But, all you have to do is cast Libra, and then either use ravager like crazy or sentinel, whichever one suits you better.
