Help [FFX] Jecht Shot 2

UHm i cant remember exactly but it tells u in the game itself what you need to learn. Also you gotta have jecht shot 1 learnt aswell but im sure you know that 
Not sure if any techniques are needed to learn it. I know it comes up as a prize during Blitzball. I'm pretty sure it's likelihood to show is directly related to how leveled Tidus is in Blitzball. If he's at lvl 99, it'll be almost a definite prize. If he's level 2, it'll be almost impossible to get.
Hm. It says that no one on my team is able to learn Jecht shot 2.
And my Tidus is level 42.
I've heard that there are special techniques you must have before Tidus can learn it, but which?
Yeah, you gotta learn Tidus' Key Techniques first before he can learn his Ultimate Move which in this case in the Jecht Shot 2. Same goes for Wakka's Aurochs' Spirit move.
Like someone said earlier, it all depends on Tidus' level out of 100. So your chances of getting it if Tidus is a level 52 are 52/100.
Also, Tidus can only get this after level 16 in Blitzball.
The key techniques for Tidus are:
- Venom Tackle
- Drain tackle 2
- Anti-Venom 2
Now, I've also heard rumors that you DON'T need the first Jecht Shot to get #2. Also, I've heard that you only need the 3rd Key Technique and not the first 2 for Tidus to get it to show up. The rumors are just one's I've picked up on while browsing the 'net before though.
