I need help on acquiring more Junctioning magic for my charactersm, I had looked on other walkthroughs that said you need 100x of some magic but I do not know which want and I need help on acquiring the really difficult spells like Ultima, Meteor and Holy . What strategies can I use to keep some monsters under control so that I can obtain magic?

You don't need to. Use Diablos' encounter none and just walk around drawign magic from the Islands closest to heaven and hell. If you find that too boring cast sleep, or attack with someone who has sleep junctioned to status attack and draw whilst the monster sleeps.
You can if you want to pay to draw ultima from the shumi village. When you go there to get Phoenix Pinion you could buy some ultimas then. However since you have a free supply on the aforementioned islands you could decide not to bother.

yeah, the Islands mentioned above contain the strongest magic in the game, and walking around encountering no enemies doesn't really take that much time. I mean you will get more out of it depending on how much time you spend walking around for collecting magic, but even a few Full-Life's and Ultima's will boost your Junctioning stats big-time in this game.
