(FFVI) Gogo and Gau questions

So, like I never use Gau, but I've decided that every character is going to be useful, but out of laziness I haven't taught him any Rages besides the ones he starts with. I just did the Magitek Research Facility and got Setzer's airship. My question is: can I go back to the Veldt to teach Gau some Rages? If so, how do I go back? And finally: Encountering a monster with a specific Rage is random like in the world map? Can any Rage be missed?

My question about Gogo is: How and when do you get him?

Yeah you can teach Gau some more Rages in the Veldt, but I'm not sure about the others though. With Gogo, you can find him in the World of Ruin. Let the Zone Eaters eat your party and there should be a dungeon inside. Explore it until you find him. Not too sure about his exact location, sorry. =/

Monsters appear on the Veldt after you encounter them elsewhere. Go back when you have control of the airship. Once you've reached the World of Ruin, the Veldt 'resets' itself so any Rages that you haven't yet got will now be unobtainable. There is ways to make learning Rages easier via understanding the game mechanics, I suggest looking up on Gamespot or GameFAQ or something to find a Rage guide to help.

As for Gogo, once you get the airship Falcon in World of Ruin, land on the north-eastern most island of the world map. Get into a fight with a Zone Eater and allow him to suck in all of your party. Instead of a game over you'll be in a cave (Zone Eaters belly apparently). Gogo is found at the end of this cave, after getting past the various obsticals along the way.
