FF7 Limit Break Glitch? (PS4)

I was playing with my son tonight and we encountered a Limit Break glitch. I was wondering if anyone came across this issue as well. See for yourself.

That was cool a few times at first but then I pushed the wrong barrel to rescue Aerith:

To sum it up, the limit break kept popping up, Aerith couldn't attack or escape, so had to turn off the PS4. I haven't checked to see if it cleared the issue, but I thought that was weirdly hilarious.

apparently with the ps4 port you have three new 'cheat' buttons, L3 speeds up the gameplay (x3), R3 has the ability to refill hp and limit break (which is the one you have on) and L3+R3 prevents random encounters.

you can tell which one/s you have on by the indicating blue icon on the left side! to disable it just click the responding button again!

shivas is correct. The PS4 port comes with a few cheat "buttons". It should definitely solve your issue once you try the above! That's hilarious, though. It proves Aeris is usele---- nothing.
