xD. I didn't know what to name this.

So, would you like a Final Fantasy game that has characters from each FF Game and put it in a big story? New battle System, Story line, etc...?

Explain why you would or wouldn't like a game like this.

I think any game that has Squall and Cloud would be...
What's the word...
Let's just say that their personalities would clash and the game would horrendously annoying. XD

A good FF has 8 characters I say. ^__^

I've always been of the mind that Final Fantasy should have it's own "Kingdom Hearts"-type series. Basically, instead of Disney worlds they would be from FFs I - XIII (with certain spinoffs as well) with a new main character and central storyline linking it all (i.e. KH, but no Heartless or Nobodies--something entirely new). And while there aren't as many games as there are Disney movies, the size of each is vastly larger. This means rather than rehashing an entire Disney storyline, they could focus on one thread of a FF story (say, everything surrounding the Opera sequence in FFVI), which would allow S-E to make a sequel sooner than by the time ten or so new FFs come out.

Greatest. Idea. Ever (at least I think so:D).

I'm waiting for a huge game sorta like a Smash Brothers Melee game with FF characters from every game.

But as for a huge RPG with a lot still in it, I think an Online one with Past Characters in different locations on the world map would be the greatest idea ever. You can visit them, gather their weapons and skills as you work towards defeating whatever the evil force is that is trying to destroy the world this time around.

@bustamo dosent dissidia cover it?

i would like it and would definateley buy it but instead of surrounding one part of a game the characters can revisit and meet the ff characters at the area they are at now

The latest word is that Dissidia isn't a Smash Brothers-type game, but something more Kingdom Hearts-styled battle-wise.

Something super smash Bros. related? Haha, That'd actually be awesome.

Maybe have all the different types of villages where they live. It'd be a great ending when/if they finish FF.

I think it’d be kinda neat to see a huge anniversary game combining all of the characters together, an actual serious RPG title though, not some cart racing game or something of the sort…

No, No...not a cart racing game or something of that sort. That would be so lame.

I was meaning an actual game, with awesome graphics and a whole new story line of somesort.

I've actually been thinking about something like this ever since I played Tales of the World. It basically takes certain characters from the entire "Tales of" series and puts them in a new world. You create a character and you can recruit other Tales characters into your party. I'd like to see something like that with FF especially if you can choose the characters you want to recruit.

I've been thinking about something like this for years. I'd love to see how a bunch of the characters would act around each other in a serious setting (meaning not something like dissidia or smash brothers-ish). And seeing characters from one game running around in another's world (i.e. characters from VII running around in Ivalice or something x3)

If done right it could be good. Maybe each character is warped from their worlds and onto a new one by an unknown entity, the heros must now work together to defeat the entity.
