I don't see the need for this really. If people really can't find anything that they like, then they'd probably just make a thread about it because it really isn't that hard to find some. Google takes less than a second to come back with search results

This isn't needed at all I'm afraid, as stated above. If someone needs a specific picture of something, there's all kinds of websites dedicated to certain fandoms, and of course, Google.
Plus, if anyone already knows of a specific picture they want, and just need help finding it, they can make a request thread for that specific pic they want.
