Just places you only see during cutscenes and the like, but you don't actually get to explore it yourself.

So could be a case of which area you'd most like to explore if it were possible, favourite non-accesible area in terms of how it looks etc.

I'd have liked to explore the areas in the cutscenes of Archades in FFXII, where you see the judges chatting, and the senate's chambers etc. Also the areas in Rabanastre in the cutscene when you escape the palace and the big battle is going on.

Also bits of Zanarkand in FFX where you only get short views of.

Yeah I'm gonna have to say those places in Zanarkand at the beginning of FF10. Actually I really would have loved to explore Zanarkand more. It's kind of sad that you couldn't and then it goes to ruins.

I´d loved Bevelle in FFX when Sin went there. It would be amazing to explore that big city

I would have loved to explore Zanarkand and Bevelle (X). Exploring all of Midgar (VII) and the Draklor Laboratory (XII) would have been nice too.

There were loads of places in XII seeing as you don't get to really explore all the map, but I guess that doesn't really count seeing aas you never got to see anything of them >_>

I'd defo have to say the Farplane in X though, that is well the nicest looking place in the game, especially when all you get is that crappy ledge when you go in there

I guess all of the answers are going to be from Ten and Twelve, since they had that element of non-exploration (unfortunately).

I agree with the general sentiment that Zanarkand would be a nice place to check out. Also, I thought the Bahamut at the end was kind of a dissapointing final area. It seemed like it was over before it began... =(

Oh this is so easy. I really REALLY wanted to see more of Giruvegan than those stupid Water Steps and Great Crystal (both were terrible areas, they were so repetitive and dull). Namely, I wanted to see this:

Just look at that city, it's HUGE, and it was where the gods lived! FFS, WHY IN THE WORLD did SE not let you explore it? It could have easily been the coolest area in the entire game. I was so unbelievably disappointed when I touched the teleport crystal and ended up in a fucking irrigation system.

Probably Zakarkand.

Like at the start, I really wish I could of went around more. Instead of just going around the ruins. -__-

Exploring all of Midgar (VII)

Ah, I actually felt that I got to explore a lot more of Midgar (places that you couldn't explore before in VII) in Crisis Core. Of course, most of it were really the same places but it had that 3D-look to it so I could kinda get a feel for the environment that time around in Crisis Core.

But yes, I would have love to explore more of Zanarkand too and not just the part where you explored in the beginning of the game. It was so rushed.

Well I hate to continue the Zanarkand trend, but that's what I would have liked to explore more of as well. It looked like such a grand city, with tons to do and see. I really wish we could have seen more of it.

Other than that, the only thing I can think of is Eruyt Village in FFXII. While we do get to explore all of it, I just wish there was more to explore. I mean we all know there are male viera somewhere, so I think it would've been cool if there was a path to their village or something. That would have been really neat xD

Personally i thin it would have been amazing to explore the depths of Midgar, Zanarkand (past), the ruins of Zanarkand, Girruvegan, parts of rabenastre and Archades that weren't accessible and also the lower floors of the Draklor Laboratories would have been amazing
