Simple poll, simple question. What season is your favorite and why?

Personally I like autumn best. I like the pretty colors of the leaves and the weather is nice too, 60's and 70's, so it's comfortable outside. Spring isn't too bad either, but there's too much pollen out.

Most hated season: winter. I hate HATE HATE the cold. It makes getting out of bed hard, it makes getting out of the shower torture, it makes typing difficult when I'm shivering and I all around just hate it. Summer I don't mind as much, I can tolerate the heat better, the only thing I truly dislike about summer are the bugs.

Winter for me, its prime football (soccer) weather conditions apart from the cold, but that doesn't really bother me that much. Plus it gets darker sooner in Winter and I find it to be more relaxing when its darker.
As for the most hated season I find that summer is boring, I don't know why but its just boring >_<

Winter for me! Although it makes getting out of bed in the morning a hell of a lot more difficult, but theres something about winter that I just love. ^_^

Spring is my absolute favorite time of the year.. It isn't so cold that my toes are icicles, but it isn't so hot that my clothes are sticking to my body. <3 Love it.

It's a tough choice between Spring and Fall. But I went with Spring. I love watching everything bloom in the Spring. And I like the fact that it's generally very nice weather, not too hot or cold.

I do love the Fall as well. I enjoy watching the leaves turn and seeing all of the pretty colors.

Least favorite for me would be Summer. I really hate being hot and I can't stand the humidity.

Oh god, don't get me started on toes being icicles, Lillyane. My whole feet turn into blocks of ice, it's torture.

I don't mind it when the weather is cold and it snows...only problem is, here it rarely snows.

It depends where I'm at. If I'm in California, I love winter but not so much summer. When I'm here in Ohio, I hate winter because it is so damn cold (despite the pretty snow), but don't really mind summer at all.

Now, spring and autumn is probably my most favorite seasons. Just right, not to mention relaxing.

Autumn's my favourite, the air always feels really crisp and fresh. I love everything about the leaves. The colours the crunchiness and kicking them all over

Autumn just looks nice

And it's not too cold that makes my bits freeze off & it's not too warm too make me grumpy. Not that we ever have anything that resembles a Summer in England. It's normally just one long downpour

It finally snowed today!!

Haha, yeah I know and its about time too, the only problem is it was the one day I didn't want it to snow, I needed something dropping off for football training, but noooooooo it had to snow and delayed everything>_<

The only problem with snow though is that even when it is hardly covering the road everyone drives about 10mph

I've frozen everything of me off x__X I wouldn't mind one long downpour in summer either...I quite like the rain.

ololol, I'm in ur quotes changin' ur font color :wacky:

Pfft, we don't need snow here for drivers to do that, all it takes is a little bit of rain. All we get in the winters is sleet and black ice...which are MUCH worse than snow when it comes to driving.

lol >_< back away from my font colour

Snow makes me fall over. Lots. Im not really its biggest fan, but ice is the devil in disguise that's took me out on many occassion, much to the amusement of passing motorists. Winter could never be my favourite season xD

Anything that makes your toes feel like they are gunna drop off is bad imo. Slush always seems to make the bottoms of your pants manky tho which really gets my goat

Slush is nasty because it gets all over the underside of your car, and it only gets worse when they pour salt on the road to melt the ice and then it just coats your car.

Autumn for me. I don't like hot weather much at all, and autumn is the period before it gets a little too cold. I also love the falling leaves.

I hate winter -- I'm very intolerant to the cold. I hate the lack of sunshine, which causes lack of serotonin, and illness is common for me in this season.

I don't really like the fall, either; it's when classes resume, and when everything dies and gets ready for my least favorite season, winter.

I love the summer -- there are no classes, a lot of heat, the pools are opening, and there is plenty of sunshine. The only problem is that the heat can get to overwhelming temperatures where I live, and it can also get boring as well.

[Late] spring is my favorite season. It's warm, you can look forward to school ending, and it's softball season.

The leaves are one of the best parts, they just make everything so pretty ^_^

My mom was reading in a magazine a week or two back about how doctors or scientists or whoever have now proven a correlation between cold weather and getting sick. I'm like "did they really need to figure that out scientifically? It's obvious that it makes people sick because it makes people sick." Lovely to know how money is being spent :monster:

Summers are getting pretty bad here in TN. They get warmer each year (which also makes our winters warmer for the most par, that I don't mind), this summer were in the 110+ range for almost two months straight, it was miserable...especially at work when our AC decided to cut out for a few weeks xD

I like winter, it's an excuse to wrap up in lots of scarves. ^_^ I also prefer being cold to being hot, because I can just put on more layers, whereas if I am too hot there is a limit to the amount of clothes I can remove.. >_>

Winter, I like the cold, and if it snows it's just so pretty ^_^

Spring is another favourite - it's not too warm, and it's not too cold.

I live in florida, so summer is probably my most despised season. The humidity makes any outdoor labor excruciating. For me, autumn is the pinnacle of the year. Not only is the temperature tolerable, but autumn means windy days, and I absolutely love windy days. The stronger the wind, the better. Unless it is a hurricane. Hurricanes are bad. Twenty mph winds are perfect, though.
