Well, technically knows no spell to use, so not overly magical there, but has shown now and then that the potential seems to be there that she could learn some magic to defend herself with, she wouldn't want to use anything that would hurt anything, being strongly against violence, absolutely not fighting against something under any circumstances. <.<
 
well then we'll just skip the offensive parts of Forces magic:P Have your dude/tte report to class since as far as i know noone has yet claimed my 0900 class;)
 
Okay Lesson two,

On godmodding and the fringes there-off;
In my last post i made a point of seeing sophia and/or Crimson. While this might be considered god modding because i interact with another character without the owners consent a chance encounter like the kind i am describing is usually glossed over as acceptable.
While Crimson has a perfect right to call me down for this i am sure he'll agree with me that they stand out in crowds and are suitably strange enough to warrant notice.

On character opinions/reactions:
People have opinions on things they see/hear/sense, Nova for instance has an opinion on the fact that she'll never blend into crowds, which can be used quite effectively to bring a story -and the chars therein- to life. I'm not by any length stating i am the best ever at this and this too, like the detail part of lesson one, is an acquired skill, having your character react/voice opinions on the world around him/her without bogging the post down in needless detail and/or yacking. But this too is a powerful tool in the arsenal of the aspiring author.

@ Crimson: that word you were looking for in sophia's bio for "humanizing her" is "anthropomorphizing" which means anything from projecting human attributes onto living/inanimate objects -example: Bob Boss the painter always talked about "happy little trees" it is also used to describe human animal hybrids like the 'magical wolf boy/girl' you're playing ie. An anthropomorphic wolf commonly shortened to anthro on the internet. Google imaging that word is NOT safe for work btw:P
 
Quick question: do we have to go on the missions or is there something else we can do?
 
Sorry FireFrenzy, I was offline from hours before you made the post, and only just got back online recently, only just read this now, hope I didn't blow anything...guess there's other days anyways, huh? xP

One thing though, I am never online at 9 in the morning. :gonk:
 
You can choose to go on them but they are set on different days and those who do not go on missions stay at school and attend classes taught by Nova and Akrub
 
I did already post late last night wanting to go on Mission 4...Scholarly Desire I believe it was called, but I'm still not on the list. :ness:

Edit: Sorry for not commenting before, but yes, I agree, my characters would definitely stand out in a crowd, so I might get to working on a post now then, not sure with the mission situation though, so probably just going to be Sophia...

I think it will be my first Sophia only post, then. :wacky: The first has gotta happen some time, I'm going to stick with it, until I know where things stand with that Mission 4 I don't really know what I ought to be posting for him anyway. >.>

Sorry Crimson! Since I'm back in school, I only get to get on the computer at 4 pm which may be 4 hours behind if ur in Europe. I'm sorry for the limited time but be aware that I'm updating things as we speak. Nice sig btw!
 
As a teacher, I has a question, for the classes, is it, whoever comes, comes? Or do we have a sheet of paper that tells us who we have?
 
Well you were supposed to choose your students Squee but I guess I might split up students into classes for this day...Students don't have to attend classes if they are going on a feildtrip(mission)
 
I honestly don't know how the teachers could pick students, this school seems like the type to have students select courses...

I'm also already in a class, which is why I posted how I did.

If I have to pick for later, I'll still probably go with the class I'm in, just because I'm lazy.
 
I guess Ray and Kisharu will go with Arukab for easy posting and interaction...
 
Odds are, Orion will attend Arukab as well tomorrow, since he doesn't have a mission tomorrow.
