what is stopping sin from being resummoned

Well I always thought that Sin

had to have a specific sacrifice to become summoned again. That being the summoning of the Final Aeon which would be the spirit of somebody close to Yuna, as it was with Braska and Jecht. The spirit of Yu Yevon, after being defeated, would then possess the Final Aeon and it would become Sin, killing the Summoner in the process also. Because when the group defeated Yunalesca, nobody became the Final Aeon, and Sin was defeated without the Summoner dying and without the possession of the non-existent Final Aeon, the cycle ended and

Sin cannot be anymore.

hmm but im not talking about sin being reborn. im talking about sin being created froms cratch. with a completely new peson as the old yu yevon. like the way the first sin was created

I doubt anybody, after thousands of years of torment, would want there to be another Sin.

And anyway, Sin was created by Yevon due to the war between Bevelle and Zanarkand. Who is Bevelle going to be at war with now?

It is possible, but it would require a summoner as skilled as Yu Yevon to do it. Most summoners just summon aeons, but they do have some abilities to control pyreflies, as they can send them. Even if they did manage to summon a sin, there'd be no guarantee that this sin would be reborn. And as people no longer believe in Bevelle, they'd be able to kill it in the same way as Yuna and Tidus killed Sin.
