I like drawing quite a bit. It's a hobby of mine :D! I was going to minor in art until I realized that I'd end up living in a cardboard box....which would honestly be fine, but it gets really cold here...

Wow! I love your pencil stuff, but most especially the colored pencil ones! You managed to capture some of the realism there, and I'm thinking that's actually quite hard to do when using color pencils...

I've never actually tried working with realism using color pencils...but that gives me an idea though. xD

*your poses are good and the colors are nice,a fine blend of light and dark control :) you have to work on some of the hands in your drawings though :)

Yes! Drawing realistically with colored pencils is fun. For a while, they were my favorite medium. Prismacolor makes fabulous colored pencils XD

Yeah...I've never been very good at drawing hands. They're such bizarre things. I hope to get better in the future...eventually....anyway, I guess here's some more random stuff:

I was bored and did another painting. It started out as a drawing, but I hated it, so I attacked it with watercolor. I don't know if it's supposed to be in a realistic style or not....I was going for something sort of realistic, sort of not. I also didn't use any reference for it...

Wow, your art is really amazing! The shading on the pencil drawings is really well done, I never have enough confidence with shading. >< And you are fantastic with colour aswell, the fruitbowl and flower are my favourite, but all of them are awesome! ^^,

Here's something I painted yesterday because I was bored. It's supposed to be Satan from "Paradise Lost." Instead, it turned out as a crack addict who looks like he's about to rape you and steal your shoes >_>

Wow, you're a terrific artist. All your stuff is extremely well-done, ma'am.

Makes me think you could do a tad better than a cardboard box if you went into an art-related career. You'd probably have to settle for a mobile home. lololol

But seriously, great stuff.

Augggghhhh. *Whiiineee*

I've been in the biggest, most hideous art slump recently. I feel like I can't draw or paint anything, and everything I do sucks. D: Auggghhh, it's so terrible.

This is the latest thing I did, and I seriously hate it. The only thing I don't hate is the Venus Fly Trap in her hair. And no, I'm not trying to fish for compliments, I'm trying to see if anyone can figure out what specifically is wrong with it...

she seems happy and poison ivy isnt supposed to be happy, so the smile and the eyes are what make her look happy

and the pictar has a very long neck.

i think it looks good though, if i drew that, i'd be happy with it
 
Well, I DO like the eyes, although at first glance they seem a bit too big for her head.. although it may just be me...

She also looks rather happy, as Sgt Pepper said, so I think the eyes and smile need to be more.. evil. :gasp: Gah, vague, I know... Maybe if she was frowning a little more.. I'm not quite sure what but there definitely needs to more emphasis of the evil. Saying that, I still like it, especially the venus fly trap in her hair. :monster:
 
Hmmm I'd lower the eyelids a bit to give her more of an evil/sultry look. I think her neck is a bit too thick and the mouth may be a bit too up-turned. I'm not really sure though. Everything else seems to be just fine though! I don't think it looks terrible at all.
