most people on here know that

also sephiroth never had a forcefield
 
in other terms the force field around the northern cave.I am not so sure. Some i found online some through out the game .People say its the force field around him because thats where the final fight between him is.

I was upset and the music made it more emotional for me. But Ive seen her die plenty of times now and its not doing anything any more.

better to play the game and complete it first before stating things that may happen
 
I cried when she did died, but i think i cried more when you have to see it played back at the city of the ancients to find the holy materia. I don't think i cried again after that, more of an inside thing. I don't recall ever crying over a final fantasy after that.
 
I personally don´t think her death was a sad scene or a happy scene, i simply just don´t give a darn if she died or not.

I rarely ever use her in battle, it´s a well known fact that i don´t like her and i think the way she meets Cloud is pretty pathetic.

I never cried over a video game scene and i most certainly won´t ever cry because of Aeris.

On a different note i do think that scene should have a bit more gore in it!

That would have been quiet impossible to acheive with the ps1 graphics so they used the fact that Sephiroths sword is holy as an excuse.

i have seen several Fanarts which depict the scene with blood...there quite beautiful in a gory, sadistic kinda way...

OMG i knoooow. it seemed like sephiroth was falling from a 20 story building and cloud was definitely close enough to see him and his 8 foot sword and go grab aeris. god that makes me soo mad.:mad: cloud just watched it, i wish i could become cloud for that moment.
 
I cry during movies sometimes, but not usually during games. Sadly enough, I think I have cried during FFIX. lol. Because of all the loss. Typically when I see someone die in a movie or a game, the first thing I think of is my dad dying. o.0

I'll be honest with you Guy. I've never once cried watching her die. I guess, I just wasn't as attached to her or the game as you obviously were, so no. Watching her die I can't stop crying because I never started...

Most likely it´s because Cloud in his subconscience wants to see Aeris dead and get rid of her!:)
 
Dude YOU CRIED!!! HAHAHA WHAT A LITTLE BITCH MAN.........................I'm joking pal, it's not a big deal. The first time I played FFVII, and Aerith died, I cried. Mind you I was 11 at the time and I'm 21 now. I would never still cry if it happened, I really don't even like her character in the game, she is useless to me(I know I'll get burned for that). But sorry, it's the truth, I never use her unless I have to like at the Temple of the Ancients. Her Limit Breaks kick ass to the max though.

The first time through was sad yes, but no, I never cried.

To be honest, I never really cared that much for her character, so it never phased me seeing again and again... Sorry Aerith fans.
 
To be honest. I didn't cry at all. Hell, I didn't even feel sad watching that scene! The only time I cried about a piece of fiction is when I watched Edward Scissorhands and in Astro Boy: Omega Factor's ending.

I didn't cry when I first saw the scene when aeris died because there was this little part of me that said that she deserved it. any flower girl who decides to go after a celestial force like sephiroth deserves to die!
