Anime Do you know any awesome anime/awesome anime series like tenchi universe

Sorry you guys for long title and fellow anime fans and fellow manga if you think I'm weird that I'm 24 years old and I'm a guy and i loved the tenchi series i understand in my opinion it's awesome,funny and of course epic heck i still love it since i was younger sadly i don't remember which one was it i love now i remember completely and yes sure it might or might not have romance in it i don't care it's awesome and i admit this anime series/manga is one of my all time favorite anime series ever if not.

It's one of my favorite anime series i love and i don't know am i only guy besides people on sodaheads site and I'm sorry i was off topic anyway Do you know any awesome anime/awesome anime series like tenchi series and tenchi universe series?

If you do know any please list them and if i seen it and if i do love it too as well i let you know in a reply/or reply with quote and i gladly tell you how i felt thanks again everyone take care

I don't know much about anime, but I knew what Tenchi is.

Out of ones i've watched recently i'd say Fate/Zero, Sword Art Online (not many episodes yet, but it's shaping up to be quite good), Carnival Phantasm (might be best to watch Fate/stay night to understand some of the characters involved but it's still a nice parody series), Zero no Tsukaima and Sengoku Basara

One thing I was to say to Cloud8: Never apologize or think you are weird for something you genuinely like. I let other people's opinions get the better of me most of high school and went through alot of unneeded crap due to my interests like jrock (though never anime oddly). Eventually I said screw it, Im not ashamed of any of this stuff and some people even ended up liking some of the music I listened to.

So for your question. It's hard for me to think of something specifically like Tenchi since its more of a harem romance/sci-fi action series. These two arent romance series or anything but you might like the shows Azumanga Daioh or Bamboo Blade.

Actually better yet. Try Ah My Goddess (there is a season one and two out for the tv series). It's probably the closest I can think of that is in the similar vein (though not exactly the same) as Tenchi. So try that first. I liked it.
