I think David Hasselhoff is a living god.

Personally I love his music. I've only listened to a few songs, but they tend to make me laugh. I listen to 'Jump in my Car' quite regularly.

And it's true that the Germans love him... I went to Kevelaer in Germany a few years back... No-one spoke English. I was not expected there at all. I was in the only restaurant that I could find and sat near to a table full of German people. They were all speaking German, which I don't, but I was listening anyway and then all of a sudden one of the women shouted 'DAVID HASSELHOFF HA HA HA!', and their eyes elated and they were doing that thing that women do when they are talking about men etc, and then their conversation continued. It was a group of women so I think they must have been talking about people they find attractive and would like to marry them and stuff. I was in shock, and trying to avoid laughing.

It's funny that 'David Hasselhoff' was the only thing said by anybody that I could understand.

The Hoff is a universal legend.

The Germans do really like him, he claims that he helped to bring down the Berlin Wall. However the Germans have no taste. His music is terrible, that's not even an opinion, it is a fact. Terrible voice, terrible lyrics, terrible music.
