Each member that became staff was discussed by myself, Rhea, the 4 RPG Mods, and Darkblade, and we came across the fact that these individuals chosen are ones we know well enough were not aiming for staff spots, and on the exact contrary, were just as happy as being regular members.

How can talking about the new staff be off topic? Besides I congratulated them didnt I.;)

Now tell me this why is it a few of the people who were made mods were also the same ones who defended DB for no reason at all.

If you tell me it was because the drama ruined their enjoyment on the forums then tell me why they couldnt just ignore it?

If you also tell me that it is just a coincidence then I would tell you that I don't believe in coincidences.
 
All the posts were deleted because they were off topic and so is that one Kentaro.

All the members chosen were in fact hardly involved with the drama at all and definitely didn't take sides in it whether DB's or the others. Seriously, just let this subject die and congratulate the new ones as so...

Congrats again mods.
 
Who defended DB? From what I seen the people who were chosen were ones asking people to stop the drama and get on with their lives. And I was one of them, yet I wasnt chosen was I? As BM has said it was a decision made not just by DB, so get that defending idea out of your head now.

And yeah congrats once again guys. I hope you do well in your new positions here on the board.

Dear members of FFF,

In order to clear up some confusion as to how exactly new staff members are chosen on this forum, we have decided to ascend from the deep circles of Hell and give you insight into the delicate procedure that is staff selection.

  1. Print list of members that don't suck (or suck less than others)
  2. Procure arrow, dart or similar sharp object
  3. Apply sharp object to list of members
  4. Repeat steps 1 & 2 until staff positions are filled

If anyone feels that the decisions are up for debate, please feel free to PM our Complaints Manager. Our CM can be reached at 1-800-WE-NO-CARE.
However, if anyone feels they have legitimate reasons as to why we should take any of our staff out back and put them out of their misery, feel free to privately contact an administrator.
In short, keep the drama off the forum.

We hope you will be happy with the new content we have provided for you.
And remember, a reported spam post is a dead spam post.

It's nothing to be concerned about. There were differences, and it got out of hand. All is well now though. =D

I believe this thread has served it's purpose. On behalf of the staff, we thank you all for your congratulatory responses, and promise to do the best we can. However now this thread...
