I only remember the second one right now. It's the one involving the portrait in the inn. What you need to do is check the portrait to see if the girl is not there. Then go down and wait downstairs at the inn until the man goes upstairs. Follow him carefully but don't go too near him or he'll notice you. Once he reaches the room and goes over to the portrait, feel free to bust him.

I remember the third one may involve a special bomb on Mt. Nibel and the fourth one being an annoying Shinra Manor safe puzzle. Beware of that one because the code is random.

You didn't get any help for this yet? Not sure if you still need help, but...

In all honesty it would take me FOREVER to try and explain this myself, but I found this guide and hopefully it'll be able to help you out. If you're still stuck let me know and I can probably help you out further.

First Wonder

The boy asks you to find out why the town's water supply has turned red. Head over to the water in the center of the plaza and climb it. Peek inside at the top and remove the Phoenix materia from the cistern. This adds Phoenix to your DMW and solves the first wonder.

Second Wonder

The boy tells you to go look at the painting of the girl on the wall on the second floor of the Inn, so go do so; it's in the guest room. Return to the boy after you've viewed it to learn that the girl occasionally leaves the painting to wander around. Return to the Inn now and examine the painting again to see that it's been replaced by one of an empty chair, then go downstairs. Come back up and inspect the painting yet again to see that the girl has returned. Now go back downstairs to the lobby. Wait for the innkeeper to go upstairs and follow him, always staying behind him (If he doesn't go upstairs, go view the painting again and come back down until he does). Watch as he enters the guest room to see that he's hiding money behind the painting. He'll give you 2,000 Gil not to tell anyone about it.

Third Wonder

Apparently there's a special kind of Bomb monster on Mt. Nibel that's different from all the others. To prove it, the boy asks you to find the item that this special Bomb drops and bring it back to him. The best time to do this is on your return trip from the mountain, so speak to the boy, then go to the Inn and speak with Sephiroth to get moving on the main quest.
When you're on your way back, speak to all the children by the intersection in the trail and you'll learn about the "Wonder" Bomb. Take the path to the east to the end and you'll be attacked by a Touchy Bomb, Gray Bomb, and Remedy Bomb. Defeat all three of them, making sure you attack whichever one gets bigger to prevent it from exploding, and you'll receive the Gold Shard. Take it back to the boy in Nibelheim and exchange it for the Safety Bit.

Fourth Wonder

The "laughing safe" the boy refers to is in the Shinra Manor, and it needs a code to open. Head to the Shinra Manor and go the northwest room on the second floor to find the safe. There is a piece of paper on the floor here that gives you clues to the four numbers in the combination. The number is random every time, but here are the clues to figuring out the individual digits:

First Digit: Go to the room on the east side of the second floor and look through the keyhole. The first digit is the number of books that are not on any shelves in the bookcase. Don't forget to count the ones on top of the bookcase!

Second Digit: Go to the room on the east side of the first floor, look through the keyhole, and count the number of Dorky Faces inside. They will sometimes disappear, but will always remain in the same place.

Third Digit: Go to the room on the west side of the second floor, look through the keyhole, and count the number of Banora apples and/or cans in the room. Be sure to check under the furniture or on the floor.

Fourth Digit: Go to the room on the west side of the first floor, look through the keyhole, and count the number of chairs in the room.
Use the four digits to open the safe and receive the Vital Slash materia, then go tell the boy in Nibelheim about the safe.

Fifth Wonder

Apparently there are bloodcurdling moans coming from the caves beneath Shinra Manor, and Sephiroth has the key to the door to the basement, which is located on the second floor. Go to the Shinra Manor and enter the southeast room on the second floor. Speak to the Shinra soldier there and you'll discover that Sephiroth has already unlocked the door. Descend the stairs and climb down the ladder to the basement. Defeat the Sahagins down here for Coffin Keys, which can be used to unlock the coffins in the side rooms. Unlock the closest coffin to the door on the right in the southeast room to find someone sleeping inside (who Final Fantasy VII veterans will know is Vincent Valentine). Return to the boy with this information BEFORE you go through the door to the south and speak with Sephiroth or you won't be able to unlock the Sixth Wonder!

Sixth Wonder

After you return from your first trip to the underground caves beneath the Shinra Manor you'll be in the currently on-fire Nibelheim. Speak with the "Wonders" boy outside the burning shop to learn that his mother is trapped inside. You've got to rescue her, but you only have a minute to do this! To make matters worse, your vision will be limited to a shot of the shop's exterior, so you'll have to blindly feel your way around. It's kind of tricky to describe the route to the boy's mother, so check the simple map to the side showing the basic path you should take. Basically you just need to move up and to the right as far as you can, then head up, then left and up, down, and finally right to find his mother; retrace your steps back out of the house before the timer runs down. By successfully rescuing the boy's mother you'll receive the ATK Up++ materia.

Seventh Wonder

You'll receive a message from the Wonders boy, stating that there is no real Seventh Wonder, but that he left Zack a special treasure somewhere in the village. In fact, it's not in the village itself but in the outskirts of Nibelheim. Go the northeast area of the outskirts and examine the glowing object at the foot of the fence by the south side of the easternmost house to find the Wall materia.
