Have acquired all oracle spells? Once you have you must talk to Minwu (Whatever his name) then you can go there.

You must have the following requirements:
-All Oracle Spells (which means that you'll have to find the Sea Stone and beat the Ocean area)
-You must talk to Minwu to create the final oracle spell.

could you weaken the sea creature things aswell pleasue after al they are like gods

You can get a sea stone from a another monster drop I think but it is rare.

can you send them via trade coz if you can could someone give me one coz i really dont wana fight those things i have no money for potions and no were to level up
