Buying FFXIII For Which Console?

Quick tech question...

I'm in the market for a new console, either xbox or ps3 and I was wondering if XIII was better on either of the two consoles?

Apologies if this is already made, I've never once graced this part of the forum for fear of spoilers...if this thread gets moved etc please PM me and let me know!
 
It's prettier on the PS3. Apparently.

Also, knowing you, a PS3 would be the best way to go I think, for any KH games that might come out and might be exclusive
 
Technically the PS3 version is superior when it comes to the visuals and the framerates. With the 360 version you can usually tell how it was tightly compressed into 3 DVDs, so if you're not a particular fan of changing discs, then you may as well get the PS3 version. Other than that, there isn't much in the way of differences between them. It's the same game, just that the PS3 one has slightly better visuals and all that.
 
EH I had ff13 for ps3 then sold cuz i wanted to chat and play online so i got 360 version, In my opinion ff13 seems to run smoother on ps3 and theres only one disc.. as far a graphics and loading times i find them the same on both consoles
ps3 version offers themes as rewards for game progress and 360 gives gamerpics
