For being technically based, shit keeps going wrong. Wheres the buttons? (Installing new ones? Or is this bigger then that?)
 
Nothing against Lisa, (Judge Rulia) But i think she should be Gmod first before being made Admin again, yes we know she'd do a fantastic job as an Admin, but it's putting a little too much pressure on people to make them Admins straight away.

I'd like to see Judge Rulia as Gmod, with LA and Saix as forum admins - Since Lord Golbez said LeeD and Ken won't be acting as admins anymore, it keeps the numbers to 4 admins.
 
with how the site is set up the admin count should stay low because if there are more admin then global mods then you will have admin who could go power hungry not very good i am not saying that these two will but you must keep the amount low so that they get too busy to start tring to take over the site but if you make more greens then yea it would be a good idea
oh and for there to be more green you need more yellow to

for every one admin you should have 3 global mods 7 regular mods and 1000 members sence we have 4 admin now right here is how the numbers should stack up
4/12/28/4000 so as you can see the site kinda already have staff proplems

28 Section mods? That's kind of...high. Even 12 Global Mods is way too high.

We are NOT ACF, we don't promote people for the heck of it :omg: with the numbers you suggested with 7000 members we'd have like...50 yellow mods.
 
It's based on member count and activity. 10000 members roughly translates as say....5 GMods and 8 mods.

WOW! Do you realize how many members log in a day? Gee....I don't know 200-300? Gosh, hrmm and how many of those 7000 members are inactive? Gosh hrmm....I don't know...*rubs head* I think....Most of them are inactive?

Yeah, no offense but your idea fails.
 
Well, it looks like we have a new owner. Hopefully, he will hang out on the forum on a regular basis.

But yeah, that whole idea is absurd. And if an admin truly wanted to go batshit crazy and take over the forum, them having jobs to do wouldn't stop them. 4 admins does sound like a little too much, but at least there'd always be a spare, as it were.
 
I'm sorry, but we don't do promotions for the heck of it thank you very much. Seeing as I work on the staff at ACF, I know what I'm talking about.

by what i said i ment for there to be that it was the number of spots for mods sence mods generally have more then one forum it would be counting as haveing more mods and i think we have it right right now with how it is set up

Yeah 50 moderators is just too much, even 28 is too much. With 4 admins there should be like 4-5 GMods and a mod for every forum so 6-7 regular mods. That's what I think.
 
Basically...right now we have the Gmod and Section mod ratio right, but not the admin one.

And Lisa, last time i checked ACF there was an absurd number of mods, although i don't know how much that's changed since then.
 
no with growth you need to put more mods onto the forums which means that mod number should contuniue to incress and i did not say i disagree with my previous post just said how i ment it to be said
 
well i just checked and the yellow mods are right acually above due to the degree of numbers there are around 30 forums and the mods each have around 3 forum groups so if you calculate it for the ratio you need to place around 160 mods sections so we are well above the mod need what we need is some more greens

It's nice that your giving ideas for how to we needs more mods but....Why do you care? It's none of your business on how staff would like to run FFF.

What. The. Fuck? The section mods are organised fine, and they're all doing a good job at it. Just drop it.
Yes, another GMod or two would be good, and another admin or two.
