Boobquake

So I watch this show on youtube, and I heard about Boobquake. essentially, an Iranian cleric said that women who show cleavage cause eathquakes. Some girl heard this and took offense, so she started a facebook page called Boobquake, and tried to get as many people as possible to wear cleavage bearing attire on Monday to see if it would cause an earthquake. There was an earthquake in Taiwan yesterday, registering 6.5 on the Richter scale.

Although the earthquake is a terrible thing, I find it HIGHLY amusing that it happened on Boobquake day. XD

I've heard about the comments by the Iranian cleric, but not about this reaction to them.

The comments were interesting in their own right, but that the protest happened to be followed by an earthquake is pretty funny (which we can allow ourselves to laugh at as there were no casualties).

I haven't read much about this - but someone did tell me that you can't really count it exactly as the time zone differences could possibly mean that the earthquake in Taiwan may have happened before Boobquake began. I'll need to read it closely to verify this though.

Still, the coincidence is remarkable. If there were no casualties, thank goodness. I just hope the landslide didn't claim any lives either. But still, the comments by the Iranian cleric just highlights how out-of-touch and in the dark many people still are.

It's like that priest who once said the floods in Cumbria, UK were caused by homosexuals.

EDIT: Just realised this isn't a post count section. Otherwise I wouldn't have typed as much. xD
