#2 is my favorite. It's cleaner, better concept, and it's very professionally done . Though number 1 was good, it just didn't have the clean edge that 2 does. So yeh, my vote goes to #2

Number 2 for me aswell. THe shading is excellent. Makes it look 3d/gives the drawing depth.
