Dirge of Cerberus Best characters

Hmm...I must say tha eventhough Vincent was absolutely yummy inside this game (yum yum...), the title of the best character belongs to Cid. I mean, he has an uber cool ship, and some of the best quotes in the whole game, eg.

"If any of you die, I'll drag you out of Hell and kill ya all over again!!"

Or something like that. I was really dissapointed that they didn't give Cid his spear fighting moments though, but I really loved the airship fight. Seeing all those missiles was AWESOMENESS.
 
My best character in DIRGE? ..........

CLOUD!!! :D :D :D

He's so HAWT!! He's my only favorite besides Vincent and Red XIII, but they are not my #1's... unlike my Cloudy!! *inner fan girl squeal* Although his outfit didn't change much, he's still the best looking guy there! *starts a nosebleed and faints*
 
I found it interesting how it was also Yuffie turning up to aid Vincent. Like the two "hidden" characters from FFVII combining lol.

As for favourite character, Nero was pretty cool, only boss on the game that I actually liked. Rosso was built up early on to be some awesome force, but was a push over.

Obviously we don't see much of Cloud, Tifa, Barret etc. so I can't really include them, though I wish there was a fight scene with Cloud and Rosso, when Cloud leads the attack on Midgar, you see the two of them flying towards eachother, then nothing. Are we to assume they just gave up on eachother and not bother fighting?

Lucrecia, her voice reminds me of Yuna, is it the same voice actor?

Actually they isn't voiced by the same actress,Yuna is by Hedy Burress and Lucrecia by April Stewart.
However, they are a lot the same, in my opinion their whole characther is a bit the same.

Anywho, my favorite characther has to be Rosso. I just simply adore her, especially her voice. On a good secound comes Yuffie, simply 'cause she's my favorite FFVII girl ever. And of course... Vincent Valentine, of the guys, just cause, duh... He's Vincent. XD
 
Genesis - He is cocky, confident, arrogant and stops at nothing to achieve his goals, even if he has to take down any friend/foe to achieve his goal. Unlike Sephiroth, Genesis has feelings, and he is a hopeless loverboy, he gets my vote. I always like more the villains rather the heroes...
 
did any one get all the storyline coz mostly i get is the the the shinra building is on top of a a reactor 0 wtf i thought only 1 is the start 0 but, ive been thinking that Reeve is very cool. he dose cool things cool
 
If I'm looking at the roles that the characters played in this game alone, I guess I'd go with Vincent (I got a thing for the playable characters :wacky: ) Otherwise If I was to take into account the roles the characters played in the rest of the FF7 compilation I'd go with Cloud.

Fair enough lol.

They do sound very similar though.

April Stewart done work on FFXII aswell, she voiced Mjrn.
 
I liked vincent and cid. Vincent because it's just Vincent :P. Cid because he is so cocky about his ships and pretty well everything in general haha
 
For me I would have to say Vincent first, because the reasons are so obvious. And then Genesis in the end, I just fell in love with his accent really, plus his design looks really awesome. For the girls I would have to say Yuffie in a way, not sure why but I just adored her in the game. As for Shelke, she was ok, kinda turned me away from her at first when I first saw her.

But she grew on meh. :P
 
I've always liked Vincent but I must admit that during the game I liked Shelke. I loved the way she was evil and then started to understand what love and friendship is.
Nevertheless Vincent is still the best.

I really like vincent valentine
His face very calmly, and it makes me like him.
I don't like the other characters.
But I never see vincent smile.
 
I would say Shelke, as she is pretty much one of the main characters and has a great role on the game, I also like her personality, even tought what happened she seems to becoming to herself.

Then I would say Nero and Rosso, they are excellent badass villains and make Deepground a powerful and fearful force, unlike the Turks.

I just don't like the fact Cloud, Barret and Tifa have so few time on the game.
 
I like Reeve Tuesti. He's very easily ignored and a unsung hero behind the WRO. I just like the guy. Very well developed and lots of depth. Then the connection with Cait Sith is a cool bonus
 
I'm quite pleased with Rosso The Crimson as well. She is so cruel, so evil and her Russian accent is excellent. I love the part where she jumps into the air and starts fighting Cloud. Rosso is my evil idol :P
 
Shalua?

Vincent and Shalua, I love those two :fan: Vincent because he's so complex he's like a human rubix-cube, he's not just some-one who's a repeat of all those other characters from other RPG's,you never know what Vincent will do, he's different and that makes him cool^_^ and Shalua because she's a fighter but also very delicate looking, she's been through alot and to still be searching for someone who's important to her, that shows she can tough anything out:lol:
