being logged out

Annoying, I just spent about 15 mins writing a reply only to be told i've been logged out and consequently losing the whole text...
is there any way to stop being logged out by the forum? do I need to check/uncheck something?

The "Remember Me" box when you sign in is all you need to do I believe.

ah thanks, I thought I had that checked? unless I have to check it every time I log in?

You must check it every time you log in. If it is not checked, You will always be looged out after a set amount of time.

I always have the box checked and randomly get logged out every now and then, at least once a day though I'll find myself logged out. I'd open a few new threads in tabs and in at least one I'd be logged out

I also have the same problem as my pal Finnegan, but it is usually when someone links me to something. Or if I link myself. Then I have to log back in and instead of it being my current username already typed into the log in box thing, it was my username that I had when I was first unbanned.

What Hallybbz described also happens me all the time, it uses my previous username and logs me out when I am linked some where

Yeah I can understand when opening a new link it will appear as if you are not logged in. It also reverts me to the mercurial skin and I have been using V1 for quite awhile now. I wonder why it does that though. Not too much of a bother, really.
