Avatar: The Last Airbender Club

Wow, I was afraid they were gonna be all weird and almost 'scary' looking, but they look like they'll have the same sort of personalities as the show.

Yip yip. :3

I know! They look PERFECT!

Somethin' cool my dad pointed out to me.
Yesterday he was on Netflix and saw the DVD listings for ATLA and that they were rated almost 5 stars! My dad was wowed because he never sees anything with that good of a rating. He's all " If a cartoon is getting that good of reviews..." so he's basically thinking the movie will be good too.

And now I'm more stoked for the movie than I was before xD

Toph is the best of the best! :D

Bwahahaha

Welcome sis!

Tell us why you like the show so much! C;

Guys, there's another new sneek peek 45 seconds long. It features Sokka and the Fire nation.

6 more days!

OMG that looks exactly how it does in the anime, they did an excellent job transitioning this to LA. Possibly the best LA Anime movie yet.

However Sokka's voice is too deep for me. D; He needs a bit more.. lightheartedness to it. Not complete jokester, but just a little bit.

I know! I thought it was awesome too. And whatchu talkin' 'bout? I thought Jackson was perfect <33 /is rabid

I dunno, Sokka had a very light, kinda high pitched voice to go with his jokes. Granted, the movie's going to be a lot more serious than the anime.. but he just doesn't sound right to me. =/

True, but any time there was a serious moment happening Sokka would deepen his voice, like the last season for example. Sokka's voice changes in tone with the moment. If it's a goofy moment, it's lighter and high, if it's a serious moment he's deep and serious.

Just so we're not spamming....:monster:

Watchu think of the new symbols on Aang'ss head? It used to be just a giant arrow, now they've actually.. done something with it. o_O

I like it. It looks kick ass. No really, it's like insanely wicked and kick ass. If it were all blue it'd look empty and childish. But it having smaller designs is awesome.

I do agree but y'think there may be a hidden meaning there or something? Like, zomg the secrets of the Avatar are on Aang's forehead?! :gasp:

Lol, no. Night said there's so twists in this movie. He's a large fan of the series along with his kids, so I don't think he'd ruin it with something like a plot twist.

Also, you'll love this new trailer; I'll just say Sokka is Sokka <33

Alright I gotta admit, they did do a good job of keeping Sokka... well, Sokka in such a serious film. Kudo Shalamalaman.

Kudos indeed. :britt: I knew he'd do a good job on that. After all, Night is fan of the series. It only makes sense that he wouldn't want to fook this kinda crap up. Unlike other anime based movies, the director is a huge fan of the show, literally watches it all the time, and honestly cares for the movie. And THAT'S why this will be an epic movie. We've got a fan making a movie of something we all love.

And I'd trust a fan of a series to make a movie good before any other. Kinda like The Lord of The Rings series--a fan directed that too.
