An Idea -- FFF Podcast

So I've been toying with the idea of doing a podcast, but finding a focused idea for content is not good when you can't focus on a single idea for more than ten minutes, makes it difficult to assemble content. But anyway this would pretty much be an open discussion hosted (likely by me) where we get a forum member and just chat, those who are active on FF14 can discuss FF14 memories, likes, wants for the future etc.

Others we'll just do general gaming, life, we don't necessarily have to chat about FF there is a whole world of stuff to go through, I'd likely do it with a sectioned idea posted each (week/month) ahead of the actual cast.

I'd primarily like to do these between major FF14 updates and go through new content likes/dislikes etc. But that's just for another time, anyway just an idea and of course it would depend if players would actually want to do this? So that's my random idea for the week? (Admittedly I never said it was a good one )

I think it's a nice idea.

I don't recall who, but one of our members I think suggested this before as well, though not related to XIV. I think if you can work something out it's definitely worth giving this one a shot. It doesn't have to be on a schedule either, but maybe some random pod casts here and there may be fun for people who are interested.

I'd suggest seeing who would be willing to do this with you, so you know how many people you can count on for interviewing. =]

That was kind of the plan, find who'd be cool with been interviewed, plan a set of topics, fire skype and off we go, would depend on how well they did as to how often I'd do them, not all of them need be FF14 as I same regular gaming or anything else would be cool too.

Anyone who is interested incidentally can just add your name in here somewhere, I'm going to run a test over the weekend to see if I can do it with the software I have already. By nature I record staff meeting with Devils Inc Studios so I know I can do it that way, I have a couple of other more professional options to look at as well.

So I have worked out a basic idea for how I want to do this, I just need some willing victims (erm I mean guests of course). I have a friend who's going to help me run the audio tests at some point over the next week so the first cast will be likely early December with whomever wishes to volunteer for it.

Or I'll just wait and see how this trial run goes. I'm not really sure what to expect from it.

Tipsy sober, doesn't matter to me, I have the format figured out though I suspect the first few will be more of an evolutionary process. But hopefully it'll be just as fun and work just as well.
