I was just wanting to ask for a little help, heres the situation:

I'm up to the Sinspawn Gui and all out of Ability Spheres. Auron has 7 Sphere Levels, Kimahri has 5 Sphere Levels, Wakka has 3 SL. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S I'm not just new to FFX, I have another profile thats up to the last Sin battle, I can't beat Sin before he unleashes Giga-Graviton, any help on this too? xD

if you kill sinspawn Gui you will probably get some ability spheres.

As for defeating sin, just level up bahamut, he will do 99,999 and then you should have no trouble at all
 
You mean Bahamut doing Mega Flare making 99, 999 damage? Because if so Hes only doing about 18, 999 damage. If so, where do you recommend training?
The aeons I have are Valefor, Ifrit, Ixion, Shiva, Bahamut, Yojimbo...I think thats it...
 
You wanna try getting the magus sisters aswel, that should help you along :monster:

You might wanna build your characters up abit more aswel, I had the same problem on my first run through, it annoyed me so much I just restarted.

Training in the battle arena is always a good idea
 
you know how you can increase the strength of your aeons by using the spheres?
i cant think what its called atm.
i recommend training in zanarkand, lots of strong baddies to kill and you get plenty of strength spheres.
It works trust me, killed Yunalesca in about 4 turns.

and not just mega flare either, one normal attack did 99,999
 
Thanks, I can't get Anima because i didn't get all the items in the temples.
Another question I have (too many I have) is I went to Mushroom Rock Road on my pro profile and I ran into some Yevon looking people. They summoned three things, all with their own characteristics. One short and fat, short and skinny, tall and skinny. Are these the Magus Sisters? Or..what? They did Delta...something. So I'm pretty sure they're the Magus Sisters, considering their Overdrives are Delta (I think Force). So, I guess they're the Magus Sisters, right?

Oh yeah I never really bothered with that, I only really used my aeons as ssheilds agains nasty attacks

They pretty much just level up with Yuna anyway so the normal attacks will be proper hard if you max out yunas stats anyway, just need time and patience to get yourself round that grid

Yup that would be the dark magus sisters, just run away :wacky:

Strength spheres make you stronger, and you can also use them to boost your aeons strength attributes aswel :monster:
 
If only Sin didn't overdrive me. I remember on my like, 34th try of beating Sin I did Power Break with Auron, it did 9999 damage, awesome >.<

EDIT: Any other good training spots other than Zanarkand? (thanks for that one btw.)

Do you have the celestial weapons? Break damage is like a necessity
 
No I don't have ANY Celestial Weapons, actually, I think I have Rikku's Godhand. Only things I really have is Auron's Murasame and Kimahri's Dragoon Lance.
 
Ah well, thats something to work towards, Sin will probably just kick your arse everytime. I'm sure it is possible but I only tried it the once then restarted my ile and damn well made sure I was hard enough to humiliate him -_-

I recomend using the distil abilities to get more spheres, finding the celestial weapons and training in the battle arena

I recommend getting the guide if you don't already have it :wacky:

celestial weapons arent necessary, just make sure you're doing 9999 with out armour or power break.
casting haste on your characters would help as well.

try the calm lands as another place to train

For gaining Ability Sphere's, I suggest using Ability Distillers (Items or equivalent skill) in battles. Using them nets you Ability Spheres.
 
Thanks everyone! I'm playing FFX right now and training at the Calm Lands, then a little later I'll train at Zanarkand. And also, Dark Magus Sisters?....oh...my...god.... XD

Oh and for the Sinspawn Gui I was thinking of using my old strategy, using Aeon's Overdrives then Auron and Kimahri attacking hands with Lulu attacking head then body. =]

EDIT: I think the reason my characters are quite weak because I rely on my aeons too much. I'm pretty sure that at least 70% of my boss battles were won with Aeons, meaning I either used Aeons to take out most of the boss' HP, or just using their overdrives to kill the boss.

You don't have the celestrial weapons and your trying to finish the game.

God I don't now where to start.

Get some celestrial weapons first
Then level up heaps in zanakand.
And then if your up to it find the omega ruins and train there.(you'll want to be hitting 9999+ every attack before going to the ruins)

Thats my advice and thats about all you need summed up into three short sentances.
