Hey talented peoples, I need a Youtube banner for my channel that includes FF8 and 9 characters, and it needs to be green, no matter what :) . It also needs "Let's Play With greenyxi" in there somewhere. I realise this is quite a lot of content for such a small rectangle but...please give it a go :) .

It needs to be a banner that definitely fits the newest layout. Look at the following link to see the grass at the top...it looks pretty generic, huh?

Youtube suggests the following dimensions:

2560 x 1440
Max of 2MB

I have a template sitting around on my pc, soo i'll give this a go on tuesday if you don't mind waiting a few days :)

sure thing greeny, it will be at the latest the end of this week, it depends on how busy I get at university, that end of the year running around madness 'well dtiving in my case' ;P
 
I'll have to check what the new YouTube layout looks like, and then maybe I can give this a go this weekend. :D

Oh crap, I should definitely mention this! Me and Steve had a chat the other day, but I didn't put it in here.

If you could make the banner look like this instead, I'd be incredibly greatful :) .

The red and black design is pretty amazing and current, so I'd like that. "Let's Play Killer7!" should be the text...if you can make that text shadow/drop downwards like the "Press Start" text does in the video (at 55 secs) then that would make me so happy :jess: .

So is that what your wanting on the banner? Does YouTube have restrictions with how big the picture file size can be? Or is it fine as long as its the size you suggested? :hmmm:

I've never made one or anything to know how it all works sorry, but that's all the info it's giving. For the banner, I'd like "Let's Play Killer7!" with the red and black design shown at 55 seconds into that video a few posts up.

Need to know anything else, just ask :)
 
Has anyone confirmed theyre doing this? I see people have replied but people dont always bother doing it. If no one is then il do it but im not sure i wanna spend ages on a banner only for it not to be used because because someone beat me to it :hmmm:
