Square Enix, Inc. has announced its videogame line-up for the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), which takes place at the Los Angeles Convention Center this week, June 7th – 9th, 2011. This year, Square Enix’s roster includes Tomb Raider, from Redwood City-based studio Crystal Dynamics which takes gamers into the world of Lara Croft as they have never seen before and a new tale continues the story of Final Fantasy XIII in Final Fantasy XIII-2, playable for the first time at E3.

A host of other games include Deus Ex: Human Revolution which marks the series’ triumphant return whilst Agent 47 takes on his most dangerous contract to date in Hitman Absolution from IO Interactive A/S. The island of Banoi may seem like paradise until players realize they are among a handful of survivors of a zombie outbreak in Dead Island from Deep Silver. Obsidian Entertainment’s Dungeon Siege III offers intuitive action gameplay, an endless variety of loot and an engaging storyline. Wakfu is a fantasy Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO) adventure with a tactical combat system and a unique anime style from Ankama Studio and Heroes Of Ruin is a brand new adventure for the Nintendo 3DS featuring a
lineup of unlikely heroes and deep social functionality.

Mike Fischer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Square Enix, Inc. commented, “We’re thrilled to present a roster of games based on some of the industry’s most acclaimed franchises as well as introduce exciting new titles. We are incredibly fortunate to work with a global network of world-renowned studio and development partners committed to creating outstanding interactive experiences. Our goal is to entertain and engage a wide range of consumers with the best experience possible, whether they are gamers who grew up playing our games or people just learning about our vast portfolio of titles.”

So... what's the top secret demos that no one can speak of?

^OR, it's a surprise demo like they said they have under the wraps. :hmmm:

Whats Versus? 8(

The game is such a box of secrets I doubt we will hear much about it until next year after they are done milking XIII-2 to a dessicated corpse.

The only titles that somewhat hit my interest in their line-up is the new tomb raider and Hitman. A new Hitman should be loads of fun... and although I'm not nuts about the Tomb Raider I have for my XBox I do like the concept of the games/movies. So I'll be on the lookout for more info on those two but to me the rest are just meh :jtc:
