Because ive not played it in years i cant really compare the graphics. It does look good though mostly. Theres wee areas where theyve missed out texture and stuff. Nowt major. Personally i dont reaaaly see the point in remaking ps2 games in HD. The graphics really aint that bad on them.
How odd that the buttons are differnt. Id understand if they made them better but that doesnt make any differnce at all. Bizzare

I cant remember the controls being that bad. Ive gotten used to them but they feel so awkward. Im playing on normal aswell and getting my ass kicked, i dont remember it being this hard either
Im somewhat dissapointed though. ALtho the graphics are better in some parts theyre really iffy.
Regardless im delighted to play one of my favourite ps2 games again. Its been years since ive played it.

The difficulties are
very easy, easy, normal, survivor, zealot, hardcore
(I think)
and iirc hardcore is a mix of survivor and zealot, something about enemy hit points and the damage they do to you. It's not cranking up the hit points, they were trying to make it the 'hardest' by taking away the comfort of having a save station every so often
There are no checkpoints, you are allowed to pick any three save points you want to save at. If you die, you go back to your last saved point
I saved at chapters 7, 11, and 13, there are 15 chapters iirc
Of course not, but it's not too hard
