I didn't like the first song. Poison Oak I think it was called. The first half sounded like a third rate Jeff Buckley. The second half I thought was just dull, I suppose they were aiming for powerful. I also felt that it was very contrived and not at all sincere, perhaps that's just me though.
The second one just bored me.
I don't think they're good. I thought what he/they were aiming for was intellectualish sad songs for middle class white people, and there are so many bands who do it better.
