I have to say that FFVII's cid is the best of the final fantasy's. He was the coolest to me

It would have to be FFXII's Cid. He's so cool and adorable. And I like his slave. She's very sexy. 
I loved Cid Highwind from VII. Probably because he was a playable character, and a good one at that. He got some good lines, and I loved his cussing xD
And as for my least favourite, I'd say Cid from FFVIII. He annoyed me, and shouldn't have been there IMO

FFVII's no doubt. His colorful vocab is always a plus, and he's got the TIny Bronco which kicks ass.
FFXII's Cids were great. Both Al-Cid and Dr. Cid were great parts which represented 2 totally different character personalities.
FFVIII's Cid blew.

VII's Cid. He had the most personality out of all of them and he was funny.
IV's Cid come in second. He was pretty cool but his avatar kind of scared me.

I didn't know that Cid was in KH. I guess I might just have to play that game now lol

XII's Cid. I never really thought much of any of the others... VIII's in particular. Damn his uselessness.
VII's Cid was quite amusing in most parts of his participation within the story, but his appearance didn't really suit his weapon choice, so I had to move him aside for Doctor Cid.

Erm..that's AL-CID not Cid. The proper Cid in XII is Dr. Cidolfus Demen Bunansa otherwise known as Dr. Cid in short.

Dr. Cid ftw <3 His charm, good looks ( XD ), and his way with words was just LOVE.I used to LOVE FFVII's Cid but the whole Compilation thing has just made him so weird, I wish they'd never given him a voice =x
Probably T.G. Cid (Orlando) in FF Tactics, he is so powerful and such a legend in the game.
FFVII's Cid. Not only my favourite Cid but one of my favourite characters. Just his layed back and kick ass attitude he had. Second would be Cid from FFIV because he was a bit similar to FFVII's but in a slightly more polite approach. He was still kick ass but more friendlier.

Gawrsh. His character originality was so brilliant, too. And yeah, he really had an air of elegance around his somewhat irrational character persona. I'm glad XII broke the chain of Cid's being all goodie-two-shoes as in previous installments.
Besides, villainy always spawns the cooler characters.
