How does the DLC work? What do you do when you purchase/download it? Will it give the downloader a code that you type in, or will it do something to the memory of the Dissidia game when you download?

I still don't know how to get Aerith T.T
 
^ From what I understand, whatever code you get, you type into PSN, and that gives you a download that downloads either onto your PS3 that you copy to your PSP, or download directly to PSP (or some other way, I dunno; I copy from my PS3 :/).

If you downloaded Prolgus, Aerith's unlock code would have downloaded separately, and I *think* having the file in PSP is suppose to automatically unlock Aerith on your game :hmmm:

I still don't have the actual game yet, so I can't say for certain though >_<
 
for aerith, you need to download another file that came with prologus, it will be in the downloads of the psn... it called something like dissidia duodecim aerith assist character

for DLC... if it a code you need to go to the redeem code section of the psn store either on the psp, ps3 or on midea go (software for the PC)

I've been hopelessly hooked since Friday :ffs: Really enjoyable game, but I've noticed a few flaws that have been bugging me a tad. The faster chase system is annoying, not a fan of KP, Duel Colosseum > Labyrinth, plus
the ending of 012 was disappointing, and having to repeat 013 to technically complete the story made me eye roll. As better was 013's plot was, having to do it again was a bit naff.

Other than that though, it's really enjoyable, I'm digging the Assist Mode, and I have yet to fully utilise the Quest Creation feature, but it seems pretty fun, and from what I've heard, you can download quests now, just not through Mognet, you just upload the files from your PSP to the internet, then send the file, then someone else downloads it and puts it on their PSP, and quest away. At least, that's what I've heard, I've yet to confirm it myself.
 
oh its confirmed grimmjow I uploaded one of my test quest it should be a few pages back here or on the FFDD FC,and the Labyrnith is annoying D= I cant seem to find Valor stuff to beef up my bravery

So far Im just outside the Gateway to refight Feral Chaos but trying to get Valor stuff to beef up my Bravery... not much luck yet...

another thing bout quest creation if you used RPG Maker before its easy to understand =D
 
Ooh awesome, I'll have a gander once I've unlock all teh shizzle. Still need to get to the big guy myself. But tbh, I don't even want the foo', I just want Canata Mortis and God of Fire.

That said mind, the only players I can see who would want to main him would be the sort of guys who prefer cheap tricks, and even then, they'll struggle to get him. :lew:
 
Yh all I want in God in Fire... I don't care about unlocking desperado chaos.....

Oh ja, I've got Gilgamesh unlocked, and Prishe, I need to get a proper start on 000 though, and whatever I unlock in Labyrinth Mode, well, I really don't care for right now. The mode seems a bit poo. BRING BACK DUEL COLOSSEUM, :rage:

Is there a thread for quests btw? Cba to the check right now.
 
Ace, thanks dudes. I'll get onto quests when I unlock everything / get sick of trying. I'm a persistent bastard mind, so it'll take a lot to do that. :wacky:

Just getting good equipment for Tifa first, like, stuff that isn't mostly level 30+ :hmph:.
 
right a update people... two new DLC Costumes annonced :) thank you FACEBOOK (sorry inside joke)

anyway Sephiroth is getting his Kingdom Hearts look while Laguna is getting a silver armor look

EDIT: These costumes are being released on the 7th Apirl on the Japanese PSN
 
It's technically Laguna's outfit during his quick stint as an actor, playing the role of a Sorceress' Knight in a movie :lew:

Feck, I'm so weak. I can resist the music tracks, but I want all those costumes (even Kuja's lulzy Treno resident one). So I'm basically gonna pay more for DLC than the actual game at this rate :ness:

and I Loled at Laguna's Armor I remember that minigame with the ruby dragon xD crazy sob thought it was Kiros and Ward in a costume! XDDDDDDD

Looking forward to the US release of these two
 
oh that what laguna's one is :) sorry i never played FF8 :( soo i'm not really up on it XD
