Popular or uncommon names?

Eh.... Seeing as this is far in the future, I can guess.

If it's a boy, I'm either naming him two random letter (in tribute to my own name and some of my relatives: AJ, CW, RJ)

As for if it's a girl, I'll either use an obscure name, or Valentine.

Course, this is like far off in the future. And I'll doubt my future wife will let me try it.

Before we decided not to have kids, I had always thought Frangipani would be a great one for a girl, after the flower, and the nickname could be Fran or Franni, it's so cute any of the three ways ^_^ I might name a pet this way at some point, I'll have to see :hmmm: And then something Norse for a boy, like Thor, Thorfinn, etc. And possibly Freydis for a girl as well, because she was badass :awesome:

That reminds me that I liked the name Francesca :hmmm:

Also, it may be just me, but I find the idea of giving a girl a slightly masculine name sort of....cute? I'm not sure how to describe it. Like naming her Georgia, but calling her George.

I don't really like the common names like james, john, rebecca, etc
I prefer Unique or oldschool ones.

I don't really plan on having children, but I have thought about if I somehow accidentally had one... in which case I'd have another (not a fan of having an only child...sorry only children, i am sure you're nice) I'd Call my boy Oakley, Reece or Harvey
My Girl Reggie or Cameron

anyway thats it

I prefer common names, personally. I have a very common first and last name, and I like it that way. I think common names are good, as uncommon and unusual names sort of make you the center of attention, just because the name is different. You go overlooked if your name is John Smith. And I think being outside of the attention bubble and inserting yourself optionally is better than being in the attention bubble without a choice of getting out.

Lol I guess I'll mention the names I like.

For some reason, though I am not Jewish, I like Hewbrew names. Like the ones you'd find in the old testamant. I like the names Jacob, Aaron, and David for a boy. And I like Rachel, Sarah, and Rebekka for a girl. (Though I'd never name a girl Rebekka because that was the name of John's first girlfirend D:) If I were to give a child a biblical name I'd be reasonable and not go with Moses or Job XD (And no offense if that is your name)

I also like the name Adeline (call her Addy) and Nerissa for a girl. They are different (though Adeline is starting to become popular) And I like the name Michael for a boy. I know, very popular. I also like TJ for a nickname for a boy so I need to find a T and a J name that I like.

I would want a more uncommon name.

For a boy, I would name him:
Jericho
Glenn or
Mark

I know Mark is a common name, but these are the only three names I'd pick from. For a girl, I have no clue. So yeah, 2 uncommon names and one common name.
