EDMONDS, Wash. – The man accused of raping a woman behind an Edmonds grocery store has been deported at least four times in the past 15 years, reports KIRO Radio.

An officer responding to a woman's cry for help Sunday night found 46-year-old Jose Madrigal on top of the woman and arrested him.

According to court documents, the woman told police that Madrigal had followed her and offered her $35 for sex, but she said no. She said Madrigal then forced her into the bushes on the north side of the store and raped her.
Documents say Madrigal told police "Sometimes we have control in our brains, but we make mistakes."

The 28-year-old Edmonds woman was treated at a hospital.
Snohomish County prosecutors have charged Madrigal in district court with second degree rape. He is also is being held for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.

This is the problem with current laws...
Sure let the sexual preditors run free and oh wait if we put them in jail lets "rehabilitate" them with some counceling and set them free to do it again!
How come its ok to violate another when they have this trauma their whole life yet the violators get to continue to do so?

Even proving or preventing a stalker or harraser is damn near imposible and its not like they do anything about it anyways.....

Yea, I smell what you're stepping in. The worse part is they've been deported four times. How the heck does he get back in the Country?
 
The hell is this crap? That woman was raped and he not only didn't go to prison for immigration problems but he was deported 4 times...?

I wonder how long we wait for criminals to commit more violent crimes for them to be taken seriously :wacky:

Well thats where OUR laws a screwed up.
I remember an illigal man killed a girl in a car crash I believe there was quite alot of controversy over it because by our crap laws all they could do was deport him....
Personaly it also brings up Jail Laws for me..
Since its citizens tax thet pays for it I dont feel my hard earned money shuould go towards paying for a criminal to live...They should be forced to work and pay for their meals and such while in jail`. Why should they be better off than me when im supporting them?
Hell for free they get school,internet and everything else IVE had to pay for myself...hell jail would be easier I wouldnt have to pay rent! and i'd get three damn meals a day...

Sorry, but that's just the cost of having a modern legal system... by the way, in a lot of prisons we DO force inmates to work, there just isn't that many jobs they can do without endangering people outside of the prison.
 
Seriously. If he needs to get laid, he should get a prostitute. If he was willing to pay $35 for sex, he's at least got some money to spend.

I don't actually know how much they cost though.

Yes, the decision to put someone in a chair and fry them is all about how much it costs.

It's a fact that America's policy of deporting criminals has made MS 13 as powerful as it is today. But they're damned if they do and damned if they don't. People would compain if they had to pay for foreigners in their jails that could be deported.

There's 2 stories in 1 here. This guy raped a woman, so that alone is grounds for a criminal offense. No doubt he'll be spending time in prison for this action. I could go further into detail as to what he may have been thinking and what solutions he could have made than to rape an innocent woman. And for the record, $35 won't get him a prostitute in the States. :lew:

The other story is him getting deported 4 times. I'd say that he knows of a way to get back. We may have to make an effort to figure out how this was possible. He must be a master of disguise. :hmmm: But there is good news and bad news for him as a result of this. The good news is, he won't have to find another way to get into the States, he's staying here now. The bad news, his stay will be in federal prison. So in the end, he got what he wanted from it. He should be thankful. :lew:
 
@J: it depends on the neighborhood they're advertising in. some cost $10, some cost $300, and a few cost well over $2k (supposedly this hike in price covers STI testing, makeup, and attire, though there are also those who price high to support their families). Don't hold me to those stats. I forget which side of the price range police like to use for stings, but I'd imagine somewhere near the lower end.

how the hell did this guy get back into the country FOUR times, with a record like that?

They pay others to get them here our borders arent that well protected when your used to evading them and there are verious types of VISA's thet can get anyone over for a period of time legaly but then its up to them weather they stay past the aloted time or not.
Forging legal ID's ect.....
There are many ways to get in to this country illigaly its honestly not that hard or all my co-workers wouldnt be here.

And some men prefer rape to a hooker since thats how they get off ...I cant explain it im not a psychologist but in thier mind its what brings them satisfaction. Power tirp I gues amongst other things

Yea, the reason men rape is because it's a power issue--they get off on knowing they're the one in controll. In other words, they're sick fucks.

And I agree. America is a lot better than A LOT of countries.

Overuse of the death penalty simply makes us look like barbarians and encourages criminals to cause even more damage to individuals rather than turn themselves in. Besides, it's cheaper to keep these people in prison for life, which we should do with this guy.
 
Rape is about domination, humiliation and control. It was and never will be about fulfilling a sexual need. It is something used to be in a position of power over someone else, to feed their need for causing harm and humilation. Any form of sexual assault, abuse or harassment is vicious and downright evil, and some people find hurting people a sheer joy, the feeling of destruction. And that's why these folks need to be locked somewhere dark forever or given a lethal injection. For the sake of all mankind, to protect the innocent.

And yes, this situation is retarded. What idiot keeps letting him in?

Not true. Can you provide some evidence for this claim? No. All I'm seeing in this post comment is feminist blindness.

There are multiple reasons for it; control is just one of them.

It can stem from sadistic tendencies from individuals who are aroused by aggressiveness, a person who has dealt with sexual abuse trying to connect with their suffering through repeating the act and unable to understand why this is wrong, blind sexual gratification from a nihilistic individual who isn't even capable of processing why his actions are wrong, and many others.

To simplify it as nothing more than control and domination against the other sex is both naive and baseless.

Don't get me wrong though. it is a despicable act no matter the motivation behind it. I would gladly see anyone who commits rape hung or made suffer the same way for it.
