Im at the part where you be vanille and you try sneeking past those two giant manatee wolf crazy scary sleeping things
I cant beat them :(
Im not used to being the medic
Usually im the cmmando and i have a medic to help me
but sazh cant be a medic and vanille cant be a commando
So can i get some hints on how to win the battle?

You really need to upgrade Vanille as a medic, and Sazh as a ravager as close to a 'Role Model' level as possible - that is Level 2. If neither are even close, then I have really no other suggestion than to start over.

If you can get them both close to Level 2, then to fight these creatures, target Enkil first. Use 'Slash and Burn' and 'Dualcasting'. Switch to 'War and Peace' whenever need to heal each other. Once Enkil is gone, use same tatics for Enlil.

Hope this helps.

Have Vanille learn poison so she can cast it on both of them, it really helps out alot. Then just switch between medic/ravager or whatever other modes you have for them. Though when both enemies health gets low they start using stronger attacks just keep Vanille as a medic after afflicting poison on both and you'll be fine.

I dont like posiening or healing so ill just use dual casting the whole time

If you don't use a medic, you're going to be wiped out each and every time. I found the two bosses really easy, just poison them with Vanille, then dual cast, and then switch to Medic + Commando when your HP is low. The battle shouldn't take any more than ten minutes. :gasp:

Try and complete their grids before fighting the boss, that really helps.

You need to use War and Peace, or you're in deep trouble. As has already been stated, level up their CP's. Using a Medic is just like using a Ravager; you'll just be aiming at yourself instead. You will be playing the healer, or you'll be dying. Simple as. The two of them often kill each other with their charge attacks though. Again, War and Peace are your best friends.

Im not used to being the medic

If it's a dexterity issue you can always fill your ATB gauge with Cura > Cura then, when this menu appears:

Auto-Heal
Abilities >
Techniques
Items

...you can simply hold right on 'abilities' and it'll change to 'repeat'

It's a useful way of spamming heals across the party without having to pick it out from the menu.

Medics are integral to any team at any point in the game, you should never attempt any fight without a medic unless you're grossly overpowered.

On my xbox menu there was a video to help with the charactors and it said sahz was a horrible comando so i should make him a ravenger and vanille is a good medic and ravenger so i trained both
But sazhz is a bad comando so do i have to use war and peace? cant i use yin and yang?

Why would you use Yin and Yang? That's not going to do anything after a while.

My advice is to just keep switching paradigms in battle with Vanille being mainly a healer and have Sazh do his thing. It might take a while but at least you'll get out of it.

Vanille has the bellroot wand thing and sahz has the starting wepon because i dont like him.
so how do i beet them?
i cant even get of them killed

I still cant win :gasp:
Can people give me more hints?

SPOILER

Enki and Enlil

"Caution is key during this fight. Unless you make regular use of the War & Peace Paradigm to heal whenever a party member fall below 60% to 70% HP, Enki ad Enlil possess the strength to end this battle with remorseless speed.

Switch to Tide Turner (Saboteur + Synergist) and inflict Deshell, Deprotect and Poison on Enlil straight away. It's a good idea to use the Abilities menu to choose the debuffs manually, thought, as the Auto-hinder has an annoying effect of switching targets when you least expect it. Meanwhile, Sazh will buff the party with Bravery and Faith. From this point use Slash & Burn until Chain Gauge is 40% full, then switch Dualcasting to Stagger the monster rapidly.

Once you see Enlil perform the Bellow ability, be ready for a sudden increase in difficulty. The cocktail of status enhancements it bestows to make him far more dangerous. Other abilities of note include Enraged (offers temporary heightened resistance to status ailments), and Trample (a dizzy physical arrack than can leave either party member with precious little HP). Both monsters have an area-effect attack that is often cancelled if you hit them while the on-screen caption is present. Your assault should prevent Enlil from using Raging Tempest, but Enki's Raging Torrent will necessitate regular Paradigm Shifts to heal. Both creatures have attacks that inflict Deprotect, but we would advise strongly against removing this status effect with Esuna - both occur to regular to make such efforts worthwile.

Once Enilil perishes, the battles becomes much less fraught. Stick to the same general tactics and you will in no time. Your rewards are the Fulmen Ring, Riptide Ring and a Cystarium Expansion. There are no further enemies en route to the final waypoint, so remove accessories if you would like to use them with your other party in the next chapter."

I hope this helps :)

this boss is challenging for many people, even my cousin was annoyed by this boss, but it was easy,my bro didnt even lose once and he was probably underpowered, dont know what he exactly did but he said it was easy.

I found that dealing with Enkil first made the fight 'easier'. It is advisible that as soon as Sazh's and your HP turns yellow, switch to 'War and Peace' to heal each other. Leaving it be, can lead to a 'game over' and need to retry.

What if i kept vanille a medic the entire time and let sazh do all the fighting?
Will that work?
I did that with the boss fight with hope and lightning

Ive been trying what every one has been saying but i still cant get it

I'm not sure if your far enough in the game however, if your Vanille can go into Saboteur, do that. and have Sazh go into Synergist.

Vanille can lower their defense and making it easier to stagger
and Sazh can raise your defense and attack magic etc

then switch in ravager ravager and kick their asses.
of course once the sign above their heads saying that they arent affected anymore switch back to Saboteur and Synergist.

then switch between the two.

upgrade weapons too, if possible.

if your not "use" to using medic then, you might want to try it out some more. Healing is essiental when it comes to boss battles. Its like any other Paradigm except your healing. Pretty simple IMO.

EDIT:
Saboteur abilites: (to consider using in battle)
Deprotect
Deshell

Slow

I saved at the beggining of chapter 6, im going to restart it and train them better.
What should i train them in?
and whose wepons should i upgrade?

Train them in everything and upgrade both of their weapons.

I mean, it'll help ya in the long run too :monster:

I usually practice until their paradigm shifts are full. I mean, it may seem like a lot of grinding but, if your having trouble now, wait until later in the game it gets harder. I personally never had any trouble but, it's always good to practice.
