Amazon.de has a little more information about the elusive Final Fantasy XIII special edition, first mentioned in a newsletter from Square Enix Europe.
The collector’s edition will cost €71.99 ($103). A plain game goes for €62.99 ($90). What kind of goodies can Square Enix Europe add for an extra ten bucks?
Past Europe-only special editions included hardback art books (Crisis Core), mini-soundtrack CDs (Star Ocean: The Last Hope), and lithograph prints (Dissidia). Actually, Dissidia: Final Fantasy had all of those items.
So far, Square Enix has not announced a limited edition of Final Fantasy XIII for North America.

There's probably just going to be some artbook or sample OST thrown in there, something along those lines. And I think it's around £65, it'll be cheaper in shops minds, everything always seems to be overpriced on the internet when it comes to FFXIII, the normal edition was going for £99 on Ebay.
