Well, unless you count Ergheiz... which I think sucked anyhow. I don't even know why I still own it o_O

as for hilarious videos on youtube... could you imagine Shantotto vs Garland, Golbez or Ex-Death? Lolz for the ensue.

After doing some search I think I found who will be the Antagonist of FFXI is name is:

It makes sense as he is the mastermind behind Shadow Lord , he is also a Black mage. In his Ex-Mode He could summon Shadow Lord, just like Golbez summons Shadow Dragon.

I think he would be a great choice if they did that. I've seen pictures of him before and he looks damn kool. With the freaky cyber/monster eye and glowy fire hands.

Not sure about the summoning of Shadow Lord, as I think Shadow Lord would be bit too big. Then again we haven't seen how Golbez summons Shadow Dragon yet, so we don't know.

if there is a XI villian, I say it probably will be Eald'narche or his younger brother Kam'lanaut for sure. Eald'narche is the obvious choice, but they could go with Kam'lanaut just as easy who is a much more popular character if that matters.
 
Is there any chance that Cosmos is playable? I hope she is she just looks so cool. Will they be adding more characters from Final fantasy I to X? I would like to see Rydia revealed. If Both cosmos and chaos are playable thats even better.

We don't know yet. They may be, and since we have seen both Cosmos and Chaos in human sized form as well as giant elemental forms, it suggests there may be fighting forms to them as well. But they'll probably be overpowered (they need to be, for their impact to be huge), and so if they were playable characters then you'd have to seriously handicap them. I mean... Really... They are gods! Not just gods as in "Kefka is a god, because he had a cult and gained god powers... But as in they are THE deities behind Final Fantasy, so the game is suggesting. The ultimate gods of all forms and universes in Final Fantasy.
So basically, you'd probably need either one very skilled player to beat them, or for them to be handicapped (level down, health down etc) in order to make them manageable to anyone other than each other... Then again if they were to be added they could just work as ordinary fighters I guess...


Speaking of Cosmos, that Shantotto has been seen with Cosmos would likely suggest that she foes play a role in the story as well. So more than just a secret character to play with Shantotto may be seen conversing with Cosmos, and hence joining the team in the story mode too.
 
You know what I think I have to agree on this that they would be too powerful because there gods. Cosmos looks awesome but I think too powerful and so as chaos. Is cosmos a girl? and is chaos a guy?

Yep. Cosmos is a female, and apparantly the embodiment of pure good and light, hence why she looks beautiful, glowing, perfect.

Chaos is a male, and the embodiment of pure evil and darkness, hence why he looks ugly, dark, unwelcoming.

Chaos started off in FF1 - he was the last boss, and now he is back in Dissidia, basically... They are stating that the god Chaos we saw in FF1 was more than what he seemed in that, but more a universal god of darkness and destruction. I'm guessing.
 
Wow Argor you are right Cosmos is reall beautiful and chaos is ugly very ugly lol. I guess I like cosmos better already then because I always like light better than darkness. But if cosmos were to be playable I think were going to have to do something really hard. Anyways I have this chip in my psp that could get any game so on the 18th dissidia is mine. Don't you worry Ill tell you about it lol.

Cloud VS Sephiroth!

*Simply choose "Movies" and the one showing Cloud/Sephiroth*

You can see that Magic Pot and Alexander are a summoning as well, both characters Ex-Mode/Ex-Burst.

Summons are really powerful... the last part proves it :monster:
 
That was.. Epic!

One winged angel in the background and everything. I like the use of the environment in this game nad how you can interact with it. It was quite noticeable in that movie as a small bit of platform was then used for Cloud to leap at, then use to launch himself at Sephiroth. Quite good.
 
yeah that battle was pretty insane :D
although i wish the summons were in 3-d as opposed to just being a picture that appears
 
Dissidia final fantasy omg the fights are amazing but is there any word on cosmos vs chaos because I really want to see them in intense action. Also I think there is no chance for Yuna getting in anymore so am hopeing for Ashe to get in.

Well yeah either balthier or Ashe but I prefer more Ashelia because I find she is a much more develloped character and she would make a great character for Dissidia. Balthier would be good but Ashelia would be better in my opinion. Maybe Ashe's ex mode could be her third quickening she gets or she summons a esper.
 
yes the esper would defiantely work, but honestly what if any XII character got in?
there Ex would probably be some quickening, what if it is randomized? (like everytime you use ex mode on a XII character its different?_
 
Yeah the the espers work better than the quickenings because the xii chars can have each an esper to summon. Also Ashe is the best suited xii character.
 
What role do you think she will play if she gets in Dissidia? What other characters do you think will get in? Who would be the villian?
