THE SECOND COMING!
Well, if FF6 had an extra planet in it's story, and if it had 64 bit cutscenes, I bet Kefka could've destroyed it. >.>

Sephy's best attack does 4000 damage max. Kefka razes cities without a lighter. Actually, Supernova does damage based on percentages. I believe it always leaves your character in critical HP. So, yeah, if your Player Character has about 4100 HP, then Supernova can't do more than about 4000, but a character with, say, 9999 HP would receive much greater damage from it. Still, Kefka's final boss battle is much more difficult than Safer Sephiroth is. Speaking in terms of Gameplay, Kefka is much tougher, but storyline-wise, it's more difficult to guage. Kefka can put out more raw power per attack, but that's to be expected from one who specializes in magic. As I said, Kefka vs. Sephiroth is like Genesis vs. Sephiroth, but on a larger scale. Kefka easily surpasses Sephiroth in magic, but Kefka hasn't shown any degree of physical proficiency, whereas Sephiroth possesses very impressive amounts of raw strength, speed, physical durability, etc. Kefka vs. Sephiroth is a very difficult subject for me because they balance one another out quite well. I think the most likely outcome is a standstill.Sephy's best attack does 4000 damage max. Kefka razes cities without a lighter. Plus kefka killed the baby's grandma first.
Sephiroth lacks any truly apocolyptic, world-destroying abilities
