Final Fantasy VIII remake

I really liked FFVIII, is one of my favorite final fantasies, and I think it would be so awsome if they made a remake with new abilities( for example when rinoa becomes a sorceress she would gain powerfull spells to use in battle) new awsomely improved graphics, a more developed storyline...
What do you think?

FFVIII is also one of my favorite RPGs, but what we need now are original games not old ones coming back to life. FFVIII is good and I would love to play a remake, but we must always see other people's point of view and what they want now are new, fresh stories.

yeah I know, but look at FFVII, it has a movie sequell and will have a remake for ps3 and lots of people are happy

Hmm unfortunately for me I lost my copy of FFVII without even finishing the game....:cry2:

I managed to find a non-platinum version for PS1.....no instruction booklet mind.... ah well, who needs those I know how FF games work
