SOTW 32 Voting Thread

The theme for this week was 'Tales of' series. I suppose we hard a hard time getting along with it, as it is an unfamiliar series to some of us on the forums. Next time if there's a theme you don't know much about, don't be shy on the subject of asking myself for stocks, or where to find some.

Though I did post a link in the SOTW Discussion and results thread, I merely only meant to put it there to give you a general idea of what character's designs from the Tales series looked like, and expected you all to use google or something.

Anywho, good luck with this week's voting.

I like the first one, it's pretty & I love the colours

 

[Reality.Fantasy]

I don't like the font choice in the third one, nor does it really stand out much. Probably because Sheena blends in with the background so well. The foreground and background are both pretty, but together it just seems bland to me.

The first one, I dunno... I think the bright bubbly things throws it off for me. It kind of takes over the character's body, and it just seems awkward for me. It's pretty, though with those two things put aside.

I think I'll vote for the second one. The character doesn't jump out too much, but it jumps out enough to the point where I look at him first. I think he could've been sharpened a bit as he seems somewhat blurred, but the effects were well done.

hmm well the second one doesn't seem like a very good stock to me. Seems alittle blurry... The third one is nice, i dont mind the text, but theres something about the first one that i find the best. The only bad thing i think about the first one is that its alittle to bright. So im going to go with #1

Yeah, I had a hard time sharpening it to give it a frozen wind kind of effect, being that Celsius is an ice-type summon spirit.

I could've spent more time tweaking the arm, but I had IRL shit to tend to, and wouldn't be back for a while. I actually almost wish I had been gone for a while so I could've added Mugen's entry. :\

well, as for mine, except the stock, everything are CGI made by me in photoshop. there are no C4D or any other render. but could not find any better image and I received L's email too late. so could not do anything about it.
By the way it would be better to keep it a secret that who made which.
