In the wake of the Made in China scare, I would like to ask you about your cellular phone's country of origin. My cellular phone was manufactured in the Republic of Turkey (simply known as Turkey), which includes the city of Istanbul, hence Turkish-made. The capital of that country is Ankara (formerly known as Angora).

where it was actually made, or where the company is from. ?

you hate that things are made in china. well thats capitalism for you. Also, no one cares and move on.
You've already made a thread saying how you hate that women can wear jeans, so next, if i can remember rightly, you will make a thread about how you hate ableism

made in japan, though i was hoping china

Designed in California. Assembled in China.
I've got an iPhone. And for the most part, I love it.

And, I love things made in China. Keeps things inexpensive. Which is the entire point of so many things being made in China, unfortunately.

I have absolutely no idea where mine was made. Altho the instruction booklet was printed in China :monster:

Mentions Sweden alot so I guess theres a fair chance it could of been made there

Mines a Sony Ericsson if anyone can shed any light on that :monster:

I scoured my phone, I even looked thru the manual to no avail >_<

Probably China. I don't know for sure. I gave my phone a glance, but couldn't find anything...

I have an LG, and mine says it was made in Korea, doesn't specify North or South, but I'm going to say most likely South Korea
