Okay yeah, don't need to tell me I suck. >( I already know, no, I'm not fishing for complements. I'm actually rather nervous about posting this but...Oh boy...-_- Here I go... Okay yeah I took some art classes and....I use to draw anime...*sighs* I tried to be creative but I failed, and you can't major in art.... So here's what I have done in the past.... =/

Well, I took an life drawing class with Erythritol over the summer to improve on body proportions. These sketches were done in 10-20 minutes, and we had live models... WARNING: Partial nudity.

Warning specially on this one. >_> http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v160/jesterlady/DSCN1133.jpg

Ugh, okay, this one phailed. I had to do a Michael Angelo pose...And Michael Angelo's poses are too damn dramatic looking. I'm bad at drawing human faces as well. >=/

Why is that old woman wearing her hair in a grandma bun? Eww.

And that last pic reminds me of the Brave Little Toaster. Fairly good drawings, certainly better than anything I could do.

I'm not so good at giving advices because i can't really draw well to, but you could work a little on the proportions. I like the first drapery it's perfect, i can't draw them they are hard so good work. And about the sketches if you did make them in about 20 minutes than excellent work.

You can draw better for me, so theres a massive bonus lol. You are really good. Live modles are a bitch to do, I cant draw people to save my life. Nice work hun x

Your life drawing ain't too bad actually. Proportions are off but everyone gets that, I've seen alot worse lol. Legs and feet are always the bitch though, ALWAYS. Can take me quite some time (about 2 hours before >_<) to actually get a decent life drawing starting to flow so if you did these fairly quickly its even more impressive lol.

The drapes are good, I like drawing drapes and sheets like that myself.

Thanks. x_x

Well, I had about 10-20mins to draw each of those poses. It was a pretty intense class...The teacher made it more intense. It was hard though because some of the models kept moving. -_-

Them some good pictures there. I reckon if you keep at it you could get really really good at it.

And considering you only had 10-20 minutes, that's quite impressive for a quick sketch.

You have quite a talent at drawing, I like the shading on a lot of them, and the drapery especially. I'm trying to start practicing my sketching again as I was pretty good at art when I did it at school, although I haven't done it since 2nd year (when i was 13, I'm 15 now).

Lol, well I'm at work right now (in the staff lounge) and I clicked on a random link...whoo boy, I had to exit out really quick. (I'll check the rest out later at home ;) )

I love your drapes! And what are you talking about? You're good! When you told me that your drawings were bad and all, I was expecting stick figures, lol. Seriouslyl, you've got potential and talent. Keep it up and practice, practice, practice.

I draw stick figures ^_^

But yeah, you definitely have talent, especially since you did those in 10 to 20 minutes. It'd take me hours to be able to do that, assuming I didn't just give up and stab the paper in frustration.

I like them. That last drawing kind of reminded me of that old cartoon movie Brave Little Toaster.

Well, thank you for the comments everyone. (Sorry, I didn't want to keep reposting thank you over and over.) Well, drawing and painting is a fun hobby. =D

Yes, the toaster was inspired by the Brave Little Toaster and Anime.

OH snaps! I love your artwork! Especially your style, which I think is not necessarily fluid (some works do look a bit solid as far as the strokes go imo) but so what?!

I love the draperies and the poses.

Life drawing will always look bad to the person who drew it, it's a fact of life. (More like a fact of life DRAWING gettit? ...okay fine, that was terrible.)

One suggestion, though, and it's personal opinion more than anything. Shading's nice but it doesn't make incorrect anatomy look any less incorrect. It's good but I suggest if you continue with life drawing you leave shading (Which, while nice, is not essential) until you are entirely comfortable with the figure. It's difficult to resist the temptation, especially if you're being forced to use heavy mediums, but your work will look a lot better for it.

You didn't say you wanted criticism so aside from that I won't poke too hard at you but I'd suggest you look into foreshortning at least a little. While it looks good now, making the body parts closer to the eye bigger than the ones further away makes a world of difference.

Final comment: It's nice to see people doing life drawing. Even if the drawings you do look not-so-good at first it's always a good thing, any field involving art that you go into the knowledge of proportion will be irreplaceably useful.
