Ayeayeaye, if you're here then you'll either be very curious, or you'll have recognised the thread title from the one and only Final Fantasy IX - the name of Beatrix's theme ;)

So aye, I've always had an undying and freakish love/obsession for Beatrix, so I decided to make a club for it [:

beatrix is a great character in battle and has a great love story which starts off funny but goes very deep as the story progresses

I like Beatrixs hairflippy thing, its a sign of her arragance sure...but its awesome XD

- Nonononono, she's not arrogant at all, excluding her line where she brags about how many warriors she defeated single-handedly. It's eloquence and sophistication, I'll tell ya.

Aaaaand, yeah. Beatrix is just the ultimate FF swordswoman, i just wish you could use her more ;_; But shes the best NPC ever.
 
Technically not an NPC.... well, because she is playable but yes I too wish you could use her more or even take her on the journey
 
It would definatly kickass if you could use Beatrix throughout the game, especially as there was no reason for her not to join.

I'll never understand why she hooked up with Steiner...He's a dog, Beatrix...isn't.
 
Count me in. Beatrix is beyond awesome. As far as female characters go, she's one of the coolest, not to mention an awesome fighter :D

BTW, you can say Steiner was annoying, but he was braver than most other soldiers and he looked out for everyone especially Beatrix.

Whee!I thought this FC had dies.She's the best FFIX female character,I just wish you could get her in your party without gameshark.
 
yeah Gameshark always messed out your game... and she was always behind of the party because she couldn't equip support abilities, I had to discard the idea after a few tries... she is so great I love her.
 
She really was a great character.I never managed to beat her.I bet if she was in the party she'd be really useful,too bad Square-Enix does such mistakes once in a while.
I remember the scene with the mixed-up letters,really funny.It also gave the chance to Beatrix to show more of her emotional side too.
 
one of my favorite moments of her, very funny too.
My favorite scene of her is probably when she starts questioning her loyalty to Bhrane with "Rose Of May" playing, it was the first time she showed her vulnerability.
 
Rose Of May is such a gorgeous song. <3 I would also like to be added to the Club. Beatrix is definitely one of my favorites. It's a shame she wasn't added to the perma-party.
