Im About To Get Swallowed By The Wale.. But The Phil Cup Should've Been Accessible By Now..

Am i Missing Something? Help Anyone?

The Phil Cup is The First Cup.. How Come Im Not Able To Enter That One??

It's likely that you can participate in the Phil Cup, but for whatever reason, you don't realize it.

I don't see how you could be all the way to Halloween Town without having unlocked the Phil Cup...

You never said that you sealed Traverse Town's keyhole. That's what's probably holding you back. I'll just ask you this: Did you run into/beat Opposite Armor?

thirs a Boss battle you have to fight, it's a tall heartlass that looks like a juggler and after you beat him you get Blizzard then chek. if that does not work then get a new KH game
