Help How can I tell if my chocobo is 'wounderful' after I already was told the first time?

What I mean is I caught 2 chocobos at the snow area where the best ones are. The male i remember was 'wonderful'. the female i clicked through before i could read what she said. However I was able to get both to S class in the chocobo races.

The reason I'm asking this is because I'm trying to get the green and blue chocobos and I'm using the carab nut many many times and I still get a yellow chocobo each time. The only thing I can think of is that the female wasn't a wounderful or good chocobo. But if thats true I don't think I could get into S class. What's going on?
 
The breeding doesn't have a 100% success rate, so it still relies on chance. What I'd suggest (and I believe what most people do) is to save the game outside the stables. Then you can attempt the breeding, and if it fails just turn off the game and load it up again. That way you aren't wasting the nuts.

Eventually the chocobo will be a coloured chocobo, if the chocobos were the right type. If it had told you originally that the chocobo was wonderful then that should be ok, if you have got them from the correct area. Talking to Choco Billy (I think) should also inform you what type of chocobo each chocobo is.
 
You can tell a wonderful chocobo by the fact that its running when you select them in the farm (impretty sure it tells you anyway) the weak ones are always walking with their heads down, it always makes me feel guilty about releasing them lol

If you do have the right chocobos, you just need to be patient, ive had to sit reloading my game over and over again soemtimes to get the right one. its even more frustrating when you have a green one, FINALLY manage to get a blue one, and it ends up being the same sex -__-
 
Wait, you are wanting Green and Blue? Then its Good and Great you need. The Wonderful is for getting the Gold one with Black and Wonderful and a Zeio Nut.

I wonder if anyone has even noticed that in the top post :P

So simple, I cant remember exactly but I think they are near Mideel (Good and Great) and some other part. They should be mated with a Carab Nut to get the other colours.
