Zidane - Character Profile

I've just followed you on Twitter with our FFF Twitter account. :brahneto:


This is a concise summary which highlights the salient points in Zidane's pre-game character arc. I've personally always loved Zidane and Kuja's backstory, and I think I've appreciated it more as I've noticed that they cover themes similar to Blade Runner and Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, so that is awesome.

I'd actually forgotten that Zidane traveled the world during a break from Tantalus, so reading that in your profile gets me wondering what that was like... He must have met Freya during those years, I'd imagine.

I'd like to see how your blog series grows. You say you are working on a logo?


I would offer suggestions for new characters... If it has to be FFIX then perhaps Vivi, Freya or Garnet?
 
Thanks! I am just starting and only have started the blog a few months ago and really didn't have a clear path until the last few months. I am not the greatest with making the blog look pretty but I am working on that. These games have always been fun for me but I never played the earlier ones and wanted to see the progression on the games and how they grow and expand.

Zidane has been my favorite since FF9 was the first game in the series that I ever played and really fell in love with the game and characters. He did travel quite a bit when he left Tantalus and he did meet her during that time. He was looking for his home and trying to figure out his past.

I am working on a logo! It took me a while to pull the trigger as I had ideas in my head but I finally got on in the works. I am pretty excited about it!

Also thanks for the suggestions! I put on twitter a poll on who would be the next Character Profile and Vivi won, so I am working on that one now. The FF4 review might be out on Saturday, if I complete the game in time, otherwise the Profile on Vivi will be up first. He has an interesting background for being only 6 months old.
